Michael attended at the appointed time, immediately placed a work sheet down and fitted the the part no fuss. I enquired regarding additional work he pointed out that it was not necessary explaining clearly why not. Very satisfied dealing with the company.

Communication was excellent. Engineer arrived at my property at the pre-agreed date and time to review scope of work and sent reasonably priced quote shortly thereafter. Work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard on the agreed date. I would definitely use this company for any future plumbing and heating work. Strongly recommended.

Calm and professional

I had previously over the past few months contacted many companies about a non working Solar water system. Not one company bothered to send an engineer or even acknowledge me contacting them.
I was about to give up when I came across Clearwater Plumbing. I contacted them on a Friday and an engineer was here on the Monday.
The engineer was very helpful and explained the system problems to me and other potential problems that could arise.
He topped up the system with Glycol and reset it.
Although I will not know if the system is functioning ok until the warmer weather
arrives I would have no hesitation in contacting them for further assistance.

I had a problem with a Heatrae Sadia unit in our annexe. Paul responded to my email enquiry immediately and followed up with a visit at the earliest opportunity. Paul investigated and found the fault to be a sticking non-return valve. Much cheaper than replacing the Heatrae Sadia unit!
The whole experience deserves the 5 star rating. Excellent service and value for money.

Last month, we experienced a problem with our boiler when we had a Smart Meter fitted. This affected the central heating control panel and meant that we had no heating.

I called and spoke to Paul who arranged for Michael Harold and George to attend the next day. Despite a busy schedule, they came earlier than expected which we appreciated as it demonstrated that they understood how inconvenient it was for us to not have any heating.
