Live Chat has enabled us to add an additional tool to our support services and is proving to be a useful and valuable system.

The Click4Assistance team have been very helpful throughout the whole process from set up to ongoing system support. We find the system very reliable and user friendly.

A good product and very helpful support who were patient with us through the set up process. The chat interface and dashboard is easy and straight forward to use. Colleagues and users all seem happy with it and it offers another route of contact on our website.

I still receive calls to make sure I am happy with software after signing up which is great. It also suited us well as we didn't have to sign into a long rolling contract, would highly recommend

The web chat function has allowed us to add another means of communication for our helpline.This means that very sick women can contact us without having to speak on the phone enabling them to get up to date information and support.

Easy to use and great for communicating with customers

We currently use their Live Chat software which is fantastic. Their support is excellent they are always there when we need them. We deal primarily with Connor who is our account manager he has always been professional and helpful when dealing with our needs. Highly Recommended!

Very useful customer support software, which we have been using for a couple of years. We find this to be a very good way of supporting our customers interactively and the support we get from Click4Assist is very good too.
