Great service and value for money

I have been using this for the last 8 weeks and integration was very simple. since we have had this we have had some very good engagement from customers and seen a conversion in business generating some great revenue.

Simple to set up, simple to use and easy to get help when needed. It does what it's meant to do.

Excellent product and customer service. Very intuitive, cost-effective and gives our customers another contact channel so we can be even more responsive to their needs. Interface is a little dated stylewise but that's just being picky!

We have been using Click4Assistance for the last 4 years. It has improved the customer journey, our overall communication with our customer base and increased sales. The software is really easy to use and the report / tracking features are excellent. They phone us quarterly to ask us how we are getting on, they don't try to push add-ons or extra licences etc. they just offer really helpful and practical advise on improving performance and making the most of the software. Their accounts team are really supportive and friendly, special mention for Conor who is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a fantastic service, great value and I dare say we would pay a bit more for it if we had to - its that good. Recommended ++

This is a simple to use solution, easy to implement and manage even for the smallest of teams. Whilst it would be nice to see a few more 'basic' features included in the licence price we can live without these as our clients appreciate the additional support channel. Where we can't resolve their queries by chat, it's easy to escalate the content to our case management system.

Conor and the team have been very helpful in setting up our new account and running through the packages available and different options within.

Is a fairly priced and useful tool - so would recommend others to give it a try.
