Their invoice information is trash. You can't even see which card was used for the payment.

When getting in touch with support, they can't give you this information as they "don't have records" of that.

David from the support team even lied to me that a certain card was used, which I can most certainly say it's not.

I have been using Clixtell for over six months now. I started with 1 client who we strongly suspected was having issues with competitor click fraud. After connecting Clixtell, this confirmed our suspicions and we set up the correct blocking. As a small agency we quickly decided to connect all of our accounts. i have opened a trial account , same day i have cancell this abo , now it was deducted 60 usd from my card, no refund nothing , what a joke company .
Now i make Chargeback from my bank another 40 days !!

If you are a business owner and you are running ads. I 100% recommend this site to reduce your click fraud on your ads. Every year billions of dollars are lost in click fraud. We business owners cannot do anything but take it. However, Clixtell has saved me almost $70 in click fraud. They are not paying me nor are they a sponsor. They genuinely work. You can even geo-block locations for your Ads. For example, if you are running a campaign in Atlanta. Generally, you should not receive traffic from IP addresses from India or Pakistan. You can exclude all countries but the one intended and Clixtell will not only GEO block but block VPNs who try to fake their location. what a joke company, after a lot of emails, configurations and struggling to get all in place they tell me that this kind of service doesn't work in smart campaigns, really?, their suggestion was change my e-commerce that benefits from smart shopping campaigns to search campaigns and compite with others who use smart shopping campaign, what a joke, this service doesn't work for smart campaigns, is there any e-commerce that doesn't use this kind of campaigns ?
