Cloggs delivered a cheaper pair of shoes (£60) when I ordered and paid for another more expensive pair (£69.95). When contacted I was told that they ran out of my size. When I returned the shoes back to them, they told me they cannot reimburse the VAT amount paid for the shoe!!! After reading their sale terms and conditions and making more calls to Cloggs, I was finally told that the full amount including VAT will be, and was subsequently reimbursed. Took me hours to sort this out; unnecessary and a real hassle. Worst of all, I did not get the shoe that I was really looking forward to own.

I had a pair of boots that developed a fault. They never turned up at their factory when I posted them back for repair. They refunded me in full without a quibble.

I was going on holiday and I ordered some shoes to take with me. They arrived the very next day as promised. I will definitely be using your website again.

I bought some uggs which I received in late November. The material has started coming away from the heel on one side of the boot. I was to to return them for inspection and replacement, which I did. Almost 2 weeks later they say they haven't received them. So I sent the parcel details. So now they say they have them back but inspection can take up to 28 days! So basically by the time I receive my replacement ones back it could be 2 months I've been without them, and by that time I won't be needing fur lined boots to wear when it's almost summer! These were not cheap, it's definitely put me off using again. If I purchased through a shop it would be sorted within 1 day!

Ordered moccasins after much research. Took a guess on the size (everyone said they ran large so I went a size up). They arrived quickly but were too big. I immediately sent them back via drop off point which was very close to my house. The new ones came very quickly, fit perfectly and I wear them ALL THE TIME.

Initially I was very reluctant to risk creating an account and making the on-line purchase, but with such competitive prices combined with Google certified on-line shop & Trustpilot reviews I took the chance and was both surprised and delighted by the ease of using the Cloggs website, the great value, the fast delivery and quality product. In Summary, Delighted.

Ordered on a Monday afternoon and received my order the next day, without having selected Next-Day delivery. No clear damage on my product. Overall very impressed.

Having ordered boots on 31-Dec-2015, and receiving a despatch notification soon after I’m still waiting a month later.

Cloggs don’t respond to email and after half an hour trying to get through on their phone line I’ve had to initiate a charge-back with my credit card company in order to get my £140 back.

Their website promises ‘Hassle-Free Shopping’ The reality is far from it. Do yourself a favour, steer clear from Cloggs and buy from an honest retailer.

I'm very pleased with my recent purchase from Cloggs not only did I buy my boots at a cheaper price but they were also delivered promptly. I cannot fault their service in any way.

Easy to use website offering lots of choice. Kept up to date re delivery status and my trainers were very speedily delivered. I would recommend Cloggs to all.

Ordered some boots which came within a couple of days.. Great, however had to return as they where not suitable for my partner. I returned them via collect plus on the 15th, I had confirmation on the 17th saying it would be processed within 48 hours. STILL NOTHING! I emailed them on the 28th and have had no reply! It is now the 1st of January, over two weeks they have had the item back and are holding my money??! This is not acceptable.

Ordered my DM boots for work on the 11/12/2015 via next day delivery -unfortunately missed out putting a promo code in at the checkout so ended up having to buy two pairs (I remembered the promo code for the second order!) as you can't cancel an order online. I did actually try ringing customer services to do so but the phone just rang and rang!!! It was quite late although within your working hours but I let it go that time. Anyway, the boots are perfect and they arrived next day! (Fab!)

I returned the first pair of boots via collect+ on the 12/12/2015 (literally the day I received them) but it was unfortunately a Saturday so I expected a little wait for my refund. On the 16/12/2015, I received an email from Cloggs to say that my boots had been received and to wait 48 hours for my return to be processed... Ok fine!

It is now the 27/12/2015 and still no refund to date. I appreciate we have had Christmas in between but after an email to yourselves and several phone calls where nobody answers, this company have really let themselves down. Not to mention me missing nearly £90 before Christmas!!! Not acceptable.

You have my phone number, my email address, my card details and an unanswered email to respond to, how hard can it be! Please resolve this asap.

I ordered a week and a half before Christmas to make sure the shoes I ordered as a gift would arrive in time but five days after I get an email saying they are cancelling my order! No effort to inform me of this in good time so that I could order from somewhere else in time for Christmas so now left high and dry! Tried to call customer service but was simply put on hold constantly until I had to give up. Overall a very disappointing experience. I will certainly not be using them again. Wish I had checked out the reviews first!

I thought I would place an order with cloggs and having received a confirmation e.mail of my order, they also gave me a tracking number, but the tracking number is not recognized tried contacting customer service and of course no reply. I have sent another e.mail to customer service asking that they confirm the tracking number is correct, still waiting for a reply. I will give them a further 24hrs to reply, so far I am not impressed with the service and will think twice before placing any further orders.

I ordered some shoes for next day delivery. They did not arrive but have been recorded as delivered. When I tried to contact Cloggs they did not reply to my email, on-line chat was unavailable, and when I phoned I was simply told they could not take my call. After continually trying on the phone I got through 2 days later. All I was told is that they would raise an inquiry and get back to me in several days. So that's £80 lost and no Christmas present!

Firstly, the delivery was a lot later than expected. I received no confirmation that my order had been placed and was initially told that it hadn't. I had to work very hard to find out that I had placed an order and that it would take 5 days to be delivered which is must longer than some. I had to return a faulty pair of shoes which developed faults after less than thirty days. This company did not respond to my emails for three days. I had to phone them up eventually to chase the matter and despite me having asked for an exchange, they said they could only process a refund. In the end, I didn't want to place another order for the shoes as it was far too much trouble. I would not recommend to anyone.
