Missing one item… one item described in original post as full size was a travel size piece. In fairness company did offer a full refund and covered the cost of the return.

I've been using Cloud10 for all of my hair products for some time now and have always had a great experience. Recently, however, someone decided to help themselves to my shampoo and conditioner and opened my package which came to me empty. I emailed cloud 10 and they were very prompt to respond and sent me a replacement for all the products. I'm sorry companies usually absorb this kind of expense and I have to say I really do hope next time the same people try to open someone else's package, there will be a giant glitter bomb waiting for them.

Unbelievable Service
I placed an order and was amazed that I got a shipping notice within an hour. A couple of days later I received an email from Sarah at Cloud 10 to say that they were monitoring delivery, noticed a delay and had contacted the shipper. I then received another email to say that they were not happy with the response they had received from the shipper and that the goods were being shipped again (free of charge). My package arrived the following morning. Well done Sarah and Cloud 10 Beauty. Unbelievable Customer Service.

Hi. I am still waiting every day for delivery your products to my adress in Mallorca, but still nothing. I am really very very sad, it is not very good internet shopping and delivery servise is many many days late…Horrible. I am waiting.
