I do not recommend this broker. the fees are insanely high, the $2.95 ticket they advertise is false and the fees are priced per fill which is stupid because no other broker does that. there is margin restrictions on everything so you cant trade with leverage as they advertise. even if you use cash they restrict a portion of that as well. the only good thing about CMEG is the platform selection other than that they are useless unless you have maybe $8,000 but at that point your just trying to get over pdt if your using this broker so i would rather trade in a cash account with another broker that doesnt charge insane fees, i was paying north of $500+ a month with this broker. their customer support is great though at least.

My main like of cmeg is the pdt rule . Another is to get in and out of a trade . One that I dislike is the verbal communication . Other than that I can't complain!

Always professional and it has been a comfortable experience over the years.

I’m grateful that there is a service that caters to small accounts. If this service didn’t exist I’d be bound to the pdt rule and wouldn’t have been able to grow my account as much as I have.

If you have a problem with commissions and fees you don’t have to use the service but this is the price for fast executions and as many trades a day as your plan allows.

The customer service lacks only in the fact that US clients have to pay higher phone bills if we decide to call.

However, emailing them first and asking them to call is a valid option. Although this is the encouraged route, calling is still the fastest way to solve an issue.

With that being said it matters not if your communication is through email or phone I have been able to get assistance in timely manners. The good folks that work behind the scene are polite, knowledgeable, and resourceful when it comes to solving problems or getting information.

I would recommend CMEG but if you want free this is not going to work for you but if you want fast and reliable it will.

There are good information overall process. Customer and tech support its great and give good answers when was required. Only one issue with DAS connection for about one hour for all customers. Critical when we have open positions!

Was worried when SVB crashed recently. Panicked and called to make a withdrawal. Staff were efficient and courteous. Happy to know my funds was not being held in a US Bank account. Withdrawal took the promised time and I’m happy say I continue trading without any issues. Well done guys!!!

This is a fantastic Options broker. Their platform is very modern and attractive to use compared to the ones I've tested. No annoying phone calls to make you deposit more money or recommend risky trades. I highly recommend them.

Capital Markets is a good company and trustworthy and my experience over the past 1 year has been very positive and I recommend this broker strongly. Withdrawal time can be improved. Customer service is fast. As every broker has pros and cons, they are one of the pros. Still have some work to become Number 1.

I was new to Capital Markets. I had a call with tech support and Kerron was very informative about how to use their CAP it ALL trading app. He did a walkthrough demo but also linked me to their You Tube channel for future reference. Great service guys.

Good service, withdrawal is good, received funds back to my US dollar account. Customer support is good, responded to email quickly...the platform is good very easy to use, I recommend this to all my friends. asking me on how to open a trading account with Capital Markets.

2. Unrealable and unstable platform. Meaning almost every week, you will have issues with positions being rejected. They always say "technical issues" on their end.

Trust me find another brokerage, will save you a lot of money.

Fees are excessive and margin advertised does not work. You can't even use the cash you put in at times.

Up to my expectations. 3 Stars from me.

I already tried a lot of brokers but CMEG is really one of the only brokers that you can trust. The signup bonus for Forex is real and was credited to my account with no tricks.
