We were selling a property in the UK from overseas and Brenda Tao was very diligent and very speedy and responsive in all her dealings with us. She explained any issues to us and was very good at chasing the buyers solicitors when things got delayed at times.

They required a document which is not necessary to be notarized. And just keep saying the document has not enough information. Actually i use the same format for buying another property which was accepted by other solicitor firm.
it makes me feel they are trying to earn your money as much as they can
