Expensive for chocolate but worth every penny for the occasion! Great present for the Mrs for any occasion and the chocolate dose taste quality I don’t by it often but when I do they love the gift.

Great service

I recently placed a last-minute personalised order for my daughter and Cocoa & Paper absolutely delivered! I ordered the medium personalised bars and they are just fab — the quality is brilliant and they arrived so beautifully packaged that they stayed completely intact throughout delivery.

What really stood out was the customer service from start to finish. From the moment I placed the order to receiving the delivery, everything was smooth, communicative and stress-free — especially impressive given the short notice. It's not easy finding a business that can accommodate last-minute requests without compromising on quality, so I'm really grateful.

Would highly recommend Cocoa & Paper to anyone looking for a thoughtful, personalised gift. We'll definitely be ordering again! X

Good communication

I ordered a non-personalised chocolate slab on the 18th November, with estimated arrival date of 24th November. It was an anniversary gift for the 30th. On the 28th it still hadn’t arrived so I emailed the seller and they said it was lost and she would post 24hour tracked on the 29th, in hope it would arrive 30th or at the latest the 1st. I get no notification from Royal Mail or any other courier. She then doesn’t post the item until Tuesday, but it must have been late because it didn’t arrive until Thursday. So I ordered on the 18th November. It arrived on the 4th December. She did however add 2 little bite size chocolates in the parcel which was a nice touch but I actually had to go out and buy something else in the meantime. Personally I would not use this company. I ordered a card from Etsy that came from Australia to England and it arrived 4 days faster than this item. The chocolate was apparently nice though.

Fantastic experience as always. The chocolate is always so tasty, you can tell the products have been made with TLC. The packages are always delivered in good time, safe and secure.

I ordered 2 chocolate slab & gift boxes for my niece. And stuffed chocolate bar which was very tasty. Chocolate slabs look amazing and quite large. Despite a slight delay with the order it arrived on time. I will be ordering again for sure from Cocoa and Paper

Amazing chocolates from an amazing and talented lady! Couldn’t fault our Easter haul! The children can’t wait to dive in to their Dubai chocolate Easter eggs! The chocolate bar is incredible! Thank you again
