SCAM ALERT - DO NOT SUPPORT

We purchased a refurbished coffee machine online from this business and, after 8 weeks, we have still not received the machine.

Throughout this time, we repeatedly called and emailed to follow up. The salesperson continually redirected us to their “accounts team” but refused to provide any contact details. On our most recent call, we were told if we were not happy with their services, to contact our bank to request a refund and immediately he hung up the call. We will be contacting ours and their bank as well.

Things weren't lining up and upon further digging, we discovered a post from NSW Fair Trading has issued advice to avoid this company. We checked their ABN and ASIC records, and it shows a history of liquidations followed by business name changes. Additionally, the Google-listed address appears to be a shared warehouse location used by another business.

Based on our experience and the publicly available information, we strongly recommend avoiding this business altogether. We are sharing this review so others are not caught in the same situation.

The online trader operates a business supplying and distributing coffee beans, coffee machines and associated hardware to consumers in Australia via their website.

Since January 2023 NSW Fair Trading has received 45 complaints against the trader with a total consumer detriment in excess of $160,000, relating to pre-paid online orders.

ZERO STARS - BUYER BEWARE - we ordered a wine/bar fridge, it wasn't shipped, we were told we would get a refund, then got told that the director was away, the accounts team was away, the number now only goes to the warehouse - TOTAL SCAM - If we ever receive a refund I will update this review - no update means no change. I upgraded to their Hand Coffee Grinder, and the difference is night and day! It’s smooth, easy to adjust, and perfect for getting the right grind size for my espresso machine.

I was scammed by this company. Multiple calls and messages, he would avoid my calls and text. $3000 for a machine and grinder Waiting for liquidation to get my funds back. The person in charge gaslights people into thinking they will get their goods they payed for and it never happens. The audacity the company has to reply to comments on this page after he has lied to everyone and never provided anyone with a refund.

I’m trying to connect with other victims to:

Report the fraud more effectively to Police and ASIC

Gather evidence to support potential group action or class reporting

If you were also affected, please do not share your personal details publicly — just need to somehow get all the people affected together to build a strong case against this person.

Just got a reply from him saying another fake review. Wow I'm fake but can provide you all the evidence and can show my receipt from you. Stop stealing money from us and supply the good we paid for!!! If you don't have a customer by that name, here is my invoice that I've paid fully.

I ordered coffee from these people and it has not arrived. They told me by email they would look into it but they haven’t been back in touch. I fear that now after a month that I won’t see the coffee. Scam
