How is this company getting away with this still??

I ordered a wine fridge 6 months ago and kept asking where it is, and kept getting the same excuse, the shipping container is held up.
So i request a refund and his exact excuse was; 'Accounts have advised that as you paid via Credit Card ,therefore you will have to arrange with your bank a charge back as we recently changed our Credit Card Gateway so we no longer have access to that dashboard to do the refund for you'

As iv read most of the replies to reviews ill wait for his to say im a fake customer...

Honestly cant wait for this guy to go to jail for FRAUD!

Really impressed with Coffee Beanery, beans arrived fresh and full of flavour, and delivery was quicker than expected across Australia as I'm in WA.

If I could give negative stars I would. They take your money, make promises and don't deliver. Don't deal with them at all!!

I contacted the supplier and was told that they had stock and Coffee Beanery hadn't contacted them and they are doing this all the time. Just my experience... though I should have read the other reviews.

I've ordered a few times now and each delivery has been reliable, beans are aromatic and smooth, and the variety available makes it easy to try something new.

Coffee Beanery has a great range to choose from, and I like being able to try different blends without worrying about quality.

Each order has been consistent, the beans are fresh and flavourful, and delivery has always been on time, which makes the whole experience reliable and stress free.

Ordered coffee beans and some basic brewing equipment which arrived promptly, and i was happy with both, everything arrived in good condition and worked as expected.

The coffee itself tasted fresh and smooth, noticeably better than what I was using before, and it has made my daily routine a lot more enjoyable overall.

Grabbed some coffee beans and a grinder, both worked a treat together, and the flavour’s been way better than the supermarket stuff I used to get.

Coffee Beanery offers a delicious range of coffee bean blends and the range of equipment is incredible, and I appreciate how fresh everything arrives, making it easy to enjoy and having a cafe quality cup at home.

I was scammed by this person/business over a year ago, and from what I can see, the behaviour hasn’t stopped.

What I went through trying to get my money back was incredibly stressful and drawn out. Communication became impossible after I was blocked, and the only way I could get any response at all was through Trustpilot.

One of the biggest red flags is the number of overly positive reviews that appear to be fake or self-written. My experience was the complete opposite of what those reviews suggest.

I have reported this matter to the ACCC, but I’m leaving this review so others are aware and can make an informed decision.

Please be cautious when dealing with this business.

As previous review indicate, David from Coffee Beanery have claimed previous Fair Trading complaints are fake. They are not.

I ordered 2 fridges (INV93961) in November 2025. No delivery. Worst of all, refusal to provide any type of consignment number as proof of shipment (now 27 February 2026).

I will submit a formal complaint with Fair Trading NSW today as they have refused request for refund in form of non response for more than 10 business days.

DO NOT deal with this company or David.

Do not be fooled . NSW Department of Fair Trading has issued a warning about these guys. Our client paid around $10k for machine and installation in 2023 and this has still not been supplied to date. They are good at putting fake reviews up on here though to try and cover their tracks and trick you. And yes , they will say this is a fake review . I will retract this review if you fulfil order relating to INV-203395. EDIT to Coffee Beanery reply below * You have the order in the business name, not my trust pilot handle numnut !
