Worst company ever this company has a lot of sister companies as well. Anyway I ordered two items one window cleaner thing which did not work at all and still no refund and I ordered some bras that haven't turned up after 3 months and no response to my emails. Would advise to stay clear.

Unfortunately, I ordered two bras from Colaley and despite waiting over 2 months and chasing with customer services - the order has either been lost, or wrongly collected by somebody else at the Evri Parcelshop!
Colaley won't refund because I don't have the items to return + they think the items have been collected.
All very frustrating!

Awful customer service, cancelled straight after I ordered as they overcharged me, said £14 on total (inc postage and insurance) and then got charged £17, then checked website and they supposedly offer free delivery. They didn't get back to me for days and then said my order had been shipped (it hadn't), I'd received no info on it, so I pushed back again and then they did actually ship out my item so they didn't have to give a refund. Wish I checked the reviews first. This company SUCKS.

Took 8 weeks to arrive, bras give no support so I want to return them but, surprise surprise, can't get anyone to respond to an email now! Shocker!

I want to give minus 1 star. 1is very generous. AVOID at all cost. Order on 2 September, received on 28 October, by that time I have already opened a claim with paypal, as the item was stuck in London for almost a month. As soon as you open case with paypal their customer service just tells you go via paypal we can't help any longer. Then I have advised paypal that I have received an item, but they are not communicating and it is not of wearable condition. Ordered two bras. So paypal advised me that they will refund me if I will send it back to them in china, and I have to provide tracking information. My order was £20, return to China is £19.30. Replied to paypal that this is not a satisfactory solution. Not expecting any refund anymore. Don't touch it with a stick, especially if you are paying via paypal, as there is apparently no gurantee at all. BTW, didn't have a choice to refuse delivery, as I was not home and the package was just left by the door.

Item was unwearable! Scratchy! Itchy! No support whatsoever. Not fit for purpose. Ended up in the bin.

Ordered bras over 5 weeks ago. Tracking shows them as coming from USA and supposedly are now in Manchester where they've been for over a week. Got a feeling I'm never going to get them. So glad I paid by credit card as I may have to claim a refund through them.

Never received my order and was given a bs story when I tried to contact them, it’s a scam , never buy anything from Facebook marketplace, absolutely appalling and shameless , puts me off buying online full stop , bring back the high street , at least you knew what you were getting!

I bought 2 bras that cost £20. They are not fit for purpose and they want me to pay for the postage back to China, before they will refund me. They have offered me £8 refund. Stay away from this company at all costs. Wish I had read reviews before buying and I wouldn't be out of pocket now

I ordered bra, got it after 5 weeks. Bra pads totally damaged. The re is no customer service. I tried for a week now. After sending a pictures and asking for pads. The response is “ Sorry for what happened. We really tried our best to solve this for you.“ they DID NITHING to solve it.
Scam, be careful! Not recommended

Everyone is right on here. Its a scam. Still not received item. I got it with klarna as I didn't want to add card details thank goodness!

Absolute rubbish. Poor quality. I've been scammed. I am disgusted that Klarna allow these companies this payment service. I couldn't get my money back as it had to be returned in 7 days! To China! When it took 2 months to arrive here! Joke. Avoid at all costs

These were a little small compared to street shoe size.

Scam company told be patient when I have been waiting almost 3 months absolutely disgusting company how are they still trading. Customer service are no help at all. I was more than patient AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Same as the other reviews. Avoid with a barge pole. 2 months to deliver and appalling quality.

Ordered a bra in September - not received. Tried to contact company keep providing me with other email addresses that do not work. This company is a scam. Do not use.

OMG avoid this company like the plague. Ordered a bra on 30th september.Overcharged me in the first instance but refunded excess. Size 40/42. Waited 5 weeks for delivery. Came today measures 26 inches all round. Even with stretch wouldnt fit round my waist. No provision for return and extremely difficult contact. Dustbin it is then.

AVOID. My delivery took 6 weeks, I was constantly having fake links ect emailed to me. When they arrived, crap quality so sent back.
I paid through Klarna and they are demanding I pay them back as the company hasn't issues my refund or accepted I returned my items almost a month later of return.
Constantly emailing them asking where my refund is and just being ignored or sent instructions that don't work.
I wish I just kept and put in a draw for all the crap if had, least I'd be paying for something I actually had! DO NOT USE THIS CONPANY

Wouldn't even give 1 star tbh.. literally just received the item after 8weeks. I've had other items come quicker!
It fits around the rib cage , but around my breasts ..nope... Supposed to be my size ( even got measured up prior to ordering) and my left one keeps coming out. The padding insert is misshapen form being packaged so poorly and looks awful.. quality is awful.. I've had better quality from shein and temu. Off to PayPal to see about a refund! Not happy.

Took over 2 months to be delivered. Quality is shocking and the size was completely wrong even when I went by the size guide. Tried to return and they said it would take ages and could I not gift them to someone else. Shocking customer service, product and a total waste if money. I will be gifting them to the trash can!+
