The Coldwell Banker team was really helpful when initially renting the flat, and since then Umair has been a diligent and communicative property manager. Always helpful and responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I have been working with this company for approximately six to seven years, and I can honestly and fairly say that I have consistently been impressed by their professionalism, dedication, and strong work ethic. What has always stood out to me is the respect, patience, and genuine care they show their clients—qualities that are essential in this industry and truly give customers confidence and peace of mind.

My experience with Bernadette (and let's not forget Umair), was absolutely fantastic.

From the very beginning, they were both so kind and accommodating, doing everything they could to help me move in as soon as possible, which I was incredibly grateful for.

Their professionalism and support continued throughout my tenancy, but what truly stood out was the move-out process. They were even more helpful when I was leaving, offering me all the support I needed and making a typically stressful situation feel completely manageable. It's rare to find a team that is so dedicated to helping at both the beginning and the end of a tenancy.
