I booked joint tickets for a Seine cruise and a trip to Versailles for myself, my cousin and his family. When my Seine cruise tickets arrived it was only for one person (myself). That may have been my fault (hard to tell) but what impressed me was the speedy, courteous and helpful way they fixed the issue. I think I saved also by being able to book both at the same time.

We visited Chateaux Pierrefonds and it was truly stunning! We were there early so had the place to ourselves for about the first hour which made it all the more special! Parking, booking online tickets and getting there was all very easy and convenient.

Pour acheter mes 2 billets pour l Expo le 14 Nov et la visite guidée pour 2 personnes : la galère.des petits bugs sans arrêt, impossible de cliquer pour mettre ses coordonnées.le paiement pour les 2 visites guidées fut épouvantable : refusant mon mail et mon mot de passe.puis tout disparaissait.bref , pour finir j'ai ouvert un compte et là tout est arrangé.sinon c était la galère.MAIS j'ai nos billets.

Very helpful staff. They answer your questions in a prompt and informative. I liked most that the they do their best to fulfill my requests! Also, liked the safety in transactions. Keep up good work.

I had a very disappointing experience with Come To Paris. I booked a boat dinner through their platform, and the reservation clearly mentioned a specific boarding location. I arrived well on time at the indicated place, but it turned out not to be where the boat actually boarded. As a result, I missed the cruise entirely.

Despite promptly contacting their support team and providing proof that I was at the correct location at the correct time, no refund or compensation was offered. The lack of clear boarding instructions and the poor handling of the situation left me deeply dissatisfied.

It was a frustrating and unfortunate experience — especially when you’re looking forward to enjoying a special evening in Paris. I do not recommend booking with Come To Paris unless they seriously improve their communication and customer service.

Classico giro della Senna in battello con passaggio davanti a diversi punti da vedere di Parigi. Bella la gita notturna con Tour Eiffel illuminata rovinata solo dalla urla isteriche dei passeggeri ad ogni passaggio sotto i ponti. E a Parigi sono tanti...i ponti...e i turisti...

Il sito semplice, l’acquisto di biglietti per mont saint michel a prezzo ragionevole, quando gli altri siti davano già tutto esaurito, se non a prezzi esorbitanti. Grazie

This is basically a scam, clever scam but a scam nevertheless We booked a trip at a specific date and time for Les Canard de Paris (their oficial web page was fully booked for the week) and when we arrived for the tour we were told that we had merely bought a voucher for a “future” reservation (if ever available in the official web page)

Une belle croisière avec les explications, un soleil radieux et de la place sur le bateau Problème de rer C donc on a du marcher ou plutôt courir pour rejoindre le pont de l'Alma. Pas d'horaire sur internet des départs de bateaux. Trouver l'embarcadère et la bonne compagnie fut un périple sans le métro et dans savoir que c'était de l'autre côté du pont. Par contre très pratique pour continuer en marchant jusqu'à concorde et le jardin des Tuileries.

très bien sauf problème de hauts parleurs et les commentaires étaient presque inaudibles...

J ai trouvé compliqué d accéder au billet apres réception de la contremarque. Je ne sais pas si c est parce que j ai payé en chèques vacances ce qui est pour moi un mode de paiement primordial. Et j ai payé 1 euro de moins que sur les autres billetteries en ligne.

DECEPCIONANTE!! He reservado la visita al palacio de Versailles y hemos perdido mi dinero y mi tiempo. Nunca me enviaron los billetes, una vez en el lugar, los he llamado en múltiples ocasiones y les he enviado un correo y no me contestaron hasta bien tarde cuando ya se había perdido la opción de visitar el palacio. Y por si fuese poco, se han comprometido en devolver el dinero y nunca lo hicieron hasta el día de hoy. Decepcionante, poco serio y no recomendable. Hay opciones mejores y más seguras.

Problème pour entendre les commentaires à l'étage, la grande partie avant du bateau mouche n'est pas sonorisée. Sinon nous avons eu du retard en cours de parcours et nous n'avons pas vu la statue de la liberté.

We bought tickets to Musee Dorsay. There were big lineups but in the ticket holder lineup we got in within 20 minutes.
We got there at 10 am but the earliest entry times on the official site were 12;30, and by then the lines were huge.
Definitely recommend!
