We werden opgehaald door een klein busje en zijn met een groep naar Auschwitz I gereden. Daar hebben wij een rondleiding over het kamp/museum gekregen door een prettige guide die veel informatie verte... もっず芋る

Chauffeur , Damian Fort , was netjes op tijd en bleek ook een goede gids mbt de omgeving waar we reden. Wat betreft de excursie zelf in de zoutmijnen : zeker een aanrader! Ongelofelijke bouwwerken ,... もっず芋る

This company is not a tour company

This company is not a tour company. They "dynamically package" a tour, which means they get you to the attraction and then buy tickets for you whilst you wait. They then return you to your hotel.

We visited Auschwitz and paid for a guide but didn't get one (because it was busy apparently) so they provided a guide book. We also had to go around in the dark because we were picked up late and had to wait around for them to buy tickets when we arrived.

We also used them for the Salt Mines. Don't bother. Book a ticket online and get a taxi (it's 12 km from the old town). We were picked up in a battered and old taxi and then the driver went to buy us a ticket when we got there, but it was busy and we couldn't get in for an hour and a half. There is nothing else to do there.

The company should not take your money without being able to provide what you pay for.
