They ruin lives

I have been extremely disappointed with my experience.
A CIFAS marker was recorded against me containing information that I dispute and which appears to be inaccurate, including an address where I have never lived, employment details that do not relate to me, and bank information that I do not recognise. Despite providing evidence and raising serious concerns regarding the accuracy of this data, I have struggled to obtain clear answers.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication. Multiple emails from both myself and my solicitor have gone unanswered for weeks, and requests for a telephone call have been ignored.
Medway Council has confirmed that I have never resided at the address recorded, yet I have still not received a satisfactory explanation as to how this information became associated with my name or what evidence was relied upon.

I was also informed that the matter had been reported to the National Crime Agency. However, after contacting the NCA directly, I received confirmation that they hold no information relating to me, which has only added to my concerns and confusion.

I appreciate the importance of fraud prevention, but where an individual disputes information and provides evidence of inaccuracies, there should be transparency, communication, and a proper investigation. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

The Financial Ombudsman Service also agreed that I did not make the application in question. Despite this, Commsave has refused to remove the CIFAS marker and continues to ignore correspondence from both me and my solicitor.

I remain awaiting a substantive response and resolution.

Would give 0 stars,but not given option.
same response every time,you are willing to accept loans in the past,but when things get tough Commsave says no,I will be leaving a negative review on trust pilot,I wish I never joined consave in the first place.i have also advised people in the workplace to avoid you at all costs!!!!!hopefully they go out of business very soon con artists

I have always had a great experience with Commsave I’ve been saving and borrowing from them for best part of 15 years they have improved so much throughout them 15yrs faster at withdrawals faster loan application process don’t have any complaints
