I am afraid this review demonstrates a lack of understanding and naivety: It is impossible to register a company limited by shares without Companies House receiving details of the shareholding for the company.
I have arranged for a snapshot of the shareholding information that is displayed on Companies House to be sent to you to evidence this.
The shareholding details submitted to Companies House are shown on your company memorandum and articles document and the share certificate that was issued for the company, these were sent to you when the company was incorporated.

I was having issues registering the company myself online and to call to speak with someone as I did not understand all the questions.
I called up and spoke with Jack who.walked me through the who process, this was fantastic for someone who is dyslexic with Mild ADHD, so with my attention span I get annoyed and lose interest in what I am meant to do.
So thank you, the human element of speaking to someone is so important. Also whilst speaking to them they were able to remotely take over the filling in of the questions on thier screen to hurry up the process.

They posted misleading details on their package
in their package they mentioned to provide bank accounts with 155 gbp cashback but now they refused to give!

You are overseas, so there are fewer banking options available, as we have already explained on our emails to you. We have however provided you with a list with links to banks who may welcome your business.
We do not attempt to hide the fact that banking offers may not be available to all: If you took time to read what it says on (The Front Page!) our website you will find this:
