There is a total lack of communication. Literally, no way to open a dialogue with this company.

The booking process is straightforward, although the choice of the driver is not under customer’s control. You book one and then they find someone else.
I tried to contact my driver in advance to confirm date and time and I was already warned I would pay extra 55.00£ for the “highway toll”. He was also surprised that I had not been informed in advance by the company.
The moving process on that day went very well I have to say and I was quite happy with the service provided.
Eventually, I transferred the extra sum of money at the end of the journey, although I had not seen any toll and 55£ looked to me quite a high tariff for a motorway in my opinion.

As it was suspiciously suspicious, I subsequently tried to contact the company numerous times via instant support on the platform first, and then sending emails to the addresses reported on their website, but I never received any reply.

I would have really appreciated some sort of explanation about this extra fee but the fact that they have ignored me makes me feel quite angry as it does not look right! Now I am afraid I’ll have to raise a formal complaint with reclaim.

I would like to highlight one more time that it was a very pleasant trip with the driver and I am very satisfied of the professionalism and help offered. It would have been a very positive experience, if they could just look after their customers instead of abandoning them when problems arise.

The driver did not show up at the pickup location. I attempted to call the driver several times, but he did not answer. I have taken photos and videos at the pickup location as evidence. I also submitted a support ticket on Saturday, but I have not received any response so far. I went to the storage facility, prepared and loaded my belongings, and waited at the pickup location. This resulted in a significant waste of time, effort, and additional transportation costs. I called the driver while I was on my way, and he confirmed his availability, which made the situation even more frustrating when he failed to appear. I was present at the agreed location.
I kindly request this matter to be resolved as soon as possible, including a full refund.

Driver attempted to scam me into on the day into paying additional fees (for stairs that I’d listed in quote and congestion charge that the website confirms were included costs). Driver failed to secure items properly and/or drive safely, causing my standing mirror to be broken. Had to chase driver constantly for 2 weeks in order to be reimbursed for the cost of the broken mirror (regularly failed to keep his word about delivering a replacement or providing compensation).

Additionally, website contact information for driver didn’t work (so we couldn’t get in contact with each other) and website incredibly slow to respond to complaints / emails. I’ve had very little communication from the website since the issues on 4 Jan 2026 (almost 2 weeks ago)

I was annoyed to receive a call from the driver I chose to do the job, 2 days in advance to day he couldn’t do it. However another driver was automatically allocated and he was great. So overall a good experience.

Very friendly and extremely helpful.
Helped move everything from the house to the van and packed with direction. Then also helped unload and took all items directly to the door of the storage unit and helped to pack that well too.

The driver we had was good, and the pricing was definitely reasonably. However, when we booked, we chose from a list of names and quotes. The driver we selected from this was not the driver who completed our job, and this changed as soon as we had confirmed. Not sure why this was, but that could have been a problem.

Great experience! Driver was super nice, arrived on time, and was very understanding when I had an issue reaching him by phone. The move was efficient and quick. Would definitely recommend.

They were willing to change my booking very last minute at no extra cost.

Shifted all of home things very professionally. We bought new house and O was worried about damaging corners because of narrow stairs, but all was taken care of. Highly recommend.

⭐️ 1 star – avoid at all costs

We booked 3 movers (Lee Marcus was the driver) from 11am–2pm for moving a 10 minute drive away. The driver showed up alone, two hours early, and packed the van badly and slowly. The others didn’t arrive until later. As a result, half our belongings weren’t moved, including large items like a dishwasher, forcing us to hire another mover the next day and borrow a friend’s car, the entire reason we paid for movers in the first place.

Despite charging extra for stairs, they refused to carry items upstairs and repeatedly claimed things “wouldn’t fit”, even though we’ve moved them ourselves before. We paid for a two-bedroom move but didn’t even have a second bed or a sofa, so there’s no excuse for the van supposedly being full.

They caused scuffs and dents to freshly painted walls, with furniture banging into them throughout.

The third mover didn’t arrive until late and didn’t help unload at all. He didn’t even come to the second property, yet we were still charged an extra £190 at the end, bringing the total to around £500 for an incomplete, damaging, and chaotic service.

We were left with a dishwasher at the old house, a table in the driveway, a bed frame dumped downstairs, and belongings split across two properties.

Unprofessional, careless, and unbelievably stressful. Do not use this company.
