1 star because there's no zero. Worst possible service ever. Booked a van. Self loading. On the day of the booking the driver called and said if we can pull the booking as of 2 hours earlier than the original booking. Obviously not possible for me. Hang up. Then 20min before the booked time slot he called he's on the way and be at my address 2h later than the booked time slot. I'm sorry but who's booking what? I get it - it's driving. Could be late like half an hour, maybe an hour. But if you can't make it, don't be greedy and cancel the booking and give back people's money. If you can't make it at all, why taking the job in first place? I'll tell you why - on the day of the booking there's no refunds if the job is cancelled. Not at all. Zero. I'm left with the impression that is a regular occurrence with this site, judging by reviews it's more like a scam than actual van service. In my understanding, if you book a slot, you can be late like an hour or so. If it's more than that you should offer full or partial refund. Let's be honest - I'm the one booking a slot and paying - not the driver. I'm the client. If the driver can't make it he shouldn't accept the booking. Seems like the drivers are taking jobs in bulk, regardless if they going to do something, because the cancelation policy is on their side. Don't matter if they going to make some actual work or not they're covered. When I think of it, it's rather clever - the more customers cancel - the better for the driver. He still gets paid because there's no cancelation. Do yourself a favor - stay away from this scamming site. Just use reputable service or hire a van yourself. I ended up getting a taxi van from the street and it was actually cheaper. I hope my experience helps other people to get burned.

The guys arrived on time, with a good sized Luton van. They managed to load up very quickly and get everything to our new address and unloaded in amazing timing! We would highly recommend :)

This company is fake and has not paid its drivers for more than two years. To be honest, there are no drivers willing to work for them anymore.

Edward unfortunately had a flat tyre on the way to my house but managed to turn it around and only come an hour late.

Communication on the day great. It had taken us an hour and a half to finish off our packing between three of us -and we'd still be there now I think, faffing about, but when Aimen (our man with a van) came he took over and organised us into an efficient team; one person carrying to lift, one in lift, one in lobby etc...we suddenly got into a rhythm which saw all our furniture and infinite amount of laundry bags into his van in 20 minutes. He also - I am pleased to say - remained calm with the security guard trying to get him to park half a mile away. A smile and a promise to be quick (he was - and how) and the security guy was ok with it all, even urging us to 'take our time - don't rush'. Made light work of the traffic and the long drive between flats...helped to get bags and furniture off van but couldn't help us further as the agent wouldn't let us in as he was completing a 90 min itinerary at the new flat. Not Amen's fault that he couldn't finish the job and help to get the stuff inside. Overall, calm, polite and super efficient.

Des was great. Got us from London to the Lakes in 4.5hrs! Friendly guy. On time, hard worker. Would recommend :)

Fantastic service, really reasonable cost and I was a little concerned after booking at the negative reviews but our driver Desmond and helper were amazing, so fast, efficient and so careful, no breakages or damage to either property and they completed our move in less than 3 hours.

Driver did not communicate before moving day leaving us expecting them not to show up. I submitted a support ticket around this issue and was never contacted in return. The driver showed up early with a van that was bigger than we booked and made us pay extra for it in cash on the day or they would not take our belongings. The driver was rude throughout the day and we booked the drivers 11am-2pm. At 11:30 they told us they had another booking at 12 so needed to be quick. They proceeded to complain about being late to their other job even though it was within our booking time. They were reluctant to put the belongings in the rooms we wanted because they were running late and would hit traffic for the marathon even though this was all still within our booking time. Would not recommend and would instead pay more money to go elsewhere.

The driver was booked for 4 hours, from 12 to 4 PM. He arrived 2 hours late with minimal communication, which caused significant frustration as we had planned our day around this schedule.

We finished unloading by 4 PM, but not all of our items fit in the van. I would have liked a second trip to transport the rest.

I requested a refund due to the delay and was given only 10% of the fee, despite receiving roughly 50% of the service I paid for. I later learned that the driver was actually free after 4 PM and could have completed the full 4 hours of service. We were not informed of this at the time, and the driver left promptly after unloading our items at 4 PM.
Customer service did not check the details of our case in determining the refund amount.

Zero stars. Please don’t use this third party to book your house move. They have no contact number first of all, which is a red flag, and email you back a load of nonsense when you try to communicate. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank for the transaction as I was not provided with the services I paid for. They then gaslight you via various customer service people on email and stop responding when you come with facts and ask them to provide evidence of what they claim they’ve provided services for as allegedly they were in contact with the driver and staff (that by the way didn’t turn up). Please don’t use them, save yourself the headache.

Response to comment from MvV: I’m very happy to provide you with the email chain communication I’ve had with your “customer service” team. Just tell me where to send it as so far I’ve corresponded with two different people to no avail. I’m still waiting for a response for an email sent on 14th April but as per usual I’ve been ignored as no one is willing to take any accountability just gaslight me and give zero response to anything.
