Our company has a "profile" on this terrible website. It collects random information from different sources without following up on them or checking the information. In our case the " complaint " was taken from our BBB page. We resolved the complaint long time ago, but they wouldn't update it on their website. Websites like this should be banned since they are hurtful to businesses/consumers. If you run a complaints website, make sure to check your information. Not just still it from other websites.

I have nothing to gain by posting fake review about you. You have little regards for a persons safety. You are the only person that I know that edits a review and SEO optimized a persons name for promotion causing issues in their personal life. You and I both know I have been on your google revie for months until I deleted myself after you stopped using me for promotion. I received your request for proof. Therefore, I sent some Trustpilot screenshots and emails to back up what you have been doing for months.This is the first time you have responded right away when I posted on trust pilot which I was trying to avoid. The last time we communicated was this October. I want you to leave me and my family alone and stop promotion. I tried to respectfully reach out to you but you played games. Someone has opened an account in my name with the info you are promoting. I reported it to the FTC and FBI crime unit. I have documents to prove this as well. I would never try to defame any company, I even tried to be nice and gave you a four-star on Google Review until I saw you made little or no changes or would put it up and then remove it whenever I deleted myself from Google Review. I don't want problems with you or anyone online. I just want the promotion to stop as someone has stolen my identity with the info you provided. There was even a time you used my name to describe a go lookup .com review complaint on Google search which was removed by Google. Google can not make a website remove content on their private site legally.Just what they put on google search.

I wanted to share an experience I had with a healer in the UK. I personally used Jerry Sargeant’s services. I was suffering from a tumour on my kidney. I was told it was life or death.

After contacting Star Magic Healing and booking a session with Jerry, my life transformed. The healing was powerful. I could feel the energy in my body. I had 2 sessions with Jerry. The second one I cried and cried.

Jerry isn’t just a good healer but he has this character that simply inspires you. I felt so motivated to take action and start putting myself first, something I had never done.

I am confident now and more important healthy and enjoying life. I can’t recommend Jerry Sargeant and Star Magic Healing enough. I tell all of my friends and many have joined the Infinity App.

We actually meet once a week and listen to one of Jerrys meditations together. It’s brought my friends and I even closer together.

I hope more people discover this healing that is available.

This site lets anyone, verified or not, leave a review about anything or anyone without checking if it's based on reality.

It's a BS site run by scumbags that should be removed from the internet.

Take anything you read on their site with a ginormous grain of salt because it's most likely untrue.

This website is literally dedicated to display complaints about various businesses to the public and they would delete your complaint because they're negative. Make it make sense

Complaintsboard is a scam site filled with some unrealistic reviews! They shamelessly publish fake reviews left and right, without a care in the world for truth or verification.

They do not need real users to post their reviews, this whole site is just one big scam. DON'T try to fool people around, we are not that stupid to believe in those text you post around

This site is a scam. You cannot, under any circumstances delete a review you have made and customer support is useless. I asked them to remove my personal information, however I was not sure what was visible to others and if they could tell me what that was. They refused, and just kept telling me to specifically tell them what information needed to be removed.

ComplaintsBoard.com is a scam website. Its sole purpose is to make money from advertising, and at the expense of honest individuals and reputable companies.

Anyone can write a "review" about any company and become a "verified Customer" - simply by verifying their email address.

If, therefore, I wanted to write a review of a company or individual listed on Complaints Board - without ever having had contact with the individual or without having ever used the services of the business - all I would need to do is create en email address, verify the email address (click on a verify email address link sent to my email address) and suddenly I am a Verified Customer of that individual or company.

We have placed a warning on our school website for our potential customers to be made aware that Complaints Board is just a misinformation website that earns its revenue from advertising.

Complaints Board claims to be headquartered in Riga, Latvia.

Our research has shown that it could actually be a Russian-owned website.

I Find information about the company, and it helps me to resolve my problem.

I agree with others that this website is a complete scam and run by someone who does not respond to emails and wants people to pay thousands of dollars to remove negative posts made by competitor businesses or angry individuals who's issues have already been resolved but seek to ruin online reputations anyhow. You are not allowed to edit your posts and can only click resolved and every post is verified simply by clicking on your email address. They rank high in google searches trying to destroy small businesses. This website does not check facts. They simply allow people to post without people submitting proof. Personal information is allowed as is harrassment and bullying. I have been bullied and harrassed thanks to this website . My personal information has been shared against my wishes and I have repeatedly reported it and it has still been up there. I have submitted emails many times and no one has responded. I refuse to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars to have a post taken down. Any other website requires you must submit proof and states bullying and harrassment are not allowed. This website does not care, nor enforce any of their rules. I believe they need a group lawsuit against them to put them out of business for what they are doing. Pretty sure it's illegal.

My college daughter just told me this website is one of THE places for "cyber-bullying!" I, personally, believe this wholeheartedly.

I do not find this website to be at all legitimate. They don't check to see if the excessive libel that complainers are spreading has any truth to it, let alone the whole truth per my personal experience. (If I'm wrong please enlighten me.) Half-truths DO cause significant and unjust harm to the reputations of others. It appears to take an attorney to get the half-truths and outright lies removed from CB. Just ask mine!

Because so much of what people say on this website is seemingly loaded with disdain (cyber-bullying), some people enjoy reading it cuz they love "dirty laundry." Imagine being unjustly accused on this website.

Due to this website's traffic, Google gives them a high rating. You may say this is fair, however, this website, itself, is not fair based on my experience.

I consider myself to be fair-minded. Change my mind about CB. Honestly, only CB themselves can change my mind about them.

I see that CB claims they contacted me. I did a search on my email and there was nothing from them, not even in SPAM. This is the honest truth!

I have inserted, repeatedly, that this is my opinion, primarily since CB is making accusations against me regarding my opinion. If I sound harsh it's because there are harsh consequences to the half-truths that CB allows.

The website allows fake reviews. The website which is suppose to take reviews about other business is actually fake it self. It allows fake reviews to be posted against any business on there website without verifying reviewers profile or requesting evidence of the reviewer ever have used services.

I along with a few others have been cyberstalked all over the internet by a very unstable person thankfully most places were able to stop said person from defaming and DOXXing us but this site manages to not only ignore said person allowing them to ramble on making new complaints weekly under new fake profiles but has permitted them to make constant fake profiles to make it look like her complaints have merit.

Simply put, if you have a complaint about a business find somewhere more legitimate to do it and not on Complaintsboard.

I have been handling complaints for the company I work for on Complaintsboard. Consistently, I keep getting complaints that'll clearly state things like "today is 25June16 and I still have not received this", POSTED ON November 19th, 2018. I'm getting tons of similar ones to this. When I emailed customer service asking why they're posting two years too late, of course I don't get a response.... so don't give anyone a chance to help the customers there and post them well after they were actually filed so there's nothing anyone can do. I hope they get shut down since they can't even allow businesses to take care of the issues since they don't post reviews in a timely manner.

i used complaintsboard to complain about jarvis of ibogarootbarks dot com and jarvis then went on to complain about me complaining about him even though i am not a company but rather a private person slash consumer. jarvis, a west african scammer, created another profile by the name of young joe to compliment ibogarootbarks and say nice things about himself and defame me furrther. i brought this to the attention of the complaintsboard webmaster by using the ticketing system and selecting "how to remove complaints..." and was told that they dont remove complaints... so why the hell do they even have that option there? COMPLAINTSBOARD ARE USELESS AND INCOMPETENT

They never reply and "cant remove complaints" even when they are defamatory and go against their terms of services
