WOULD NOT TOUCH THESE, USED THIS 1ST TIME... ALTHOUGH SAYS NO SCRATCHES, SUPER TOUGH ETC... NOPE, SCRACTED AND CRUSHED. SENT EMAIL AND THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW
T&C - so what does your warranty actually cover, its totally ridiculous !

The manufacturer’s warranty offered by Aerolite is laid out clearly on the tags attached to the suitcase and on our website. AEROLITE do not take responsibility for damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or mishandling including handling by third parties. Aerolites warranties cover faults as a result of a manufacturer defect; however, they do not cover accidental or third-party damage. Therefore, unfortunately your order is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
The "Anti Scratch" claim was addressed in the response, We do not claim the suitcases are indestructible or scratch-proof; only that they are hard-wearing, durable and scratch resistant.

Absolutely fantastic! Wickes Kitchen dept at Thetford have been amazing, the lovely Sarah from start to finish was absolutely amazing, her vision of our kitchen totally blew us away, but when it was complete, we were lost for words, in an extremely good way. Like any big project, we had a few small issues, but the way they were dealt with was so professional.
The fitters Derek and Mark, went above and beyond, our kitchen wasn't regular, we live in a 200+ year house, so walls not straight, but they made sure everything lined up and looked 110%. Nothing was a problem, they were so professional, as was the plumber, electrian and plasterer, all arranged by the fitters.
We are more than over the moon.
I have to reiterate, if looking for a kitchen, go to Thetford Norfolk and speak with Sarah.. amazing lady.

My order never arrived, after a week of contacting them, finally I was told that my parcel had been returned... not sure why as work from home, so was offered for them to re send with free postage, that was over a week ago

Ordered and waited and waited and waited. Wasn't until I opened a PayPal claim that I was told item was out of stock and due in soon.
Did arrive but felt I should have been told before I had to ask

Awful service. Used them before and they sold a product that they didn't have in stock for at least another week, but I had to contact to find out
Thought I would give them one more chance, but now my parcel is stuck with Hermes, told to wait 72 hours.. which I did, but now told to wait another 72 hours for them to look into it. Asked if they could just re send my parcel, to be told outright NO !

So pleased with the service we received. Waited about 5 mins when we got to the airport, but pickup, they were actually 30 mins early and no problem at all waiting for us. Even went out of their way to show us to the car hire place, would recommend 100% and use again
