Your Engineer Rhys Hills who visited Hilary Lodge today 05/06/2026 was excellent. Not only did he carry out his review duties professionally and efficiently, but he also went above and beyond to help residents. Whilst on site, he was approached by an elderly resident who asked for assistance with kitchen drawer issues, rather than walking away, he took the time to help, he also kindly assisted an elderly resident whose kitchen cupboard screw had come loose, using his drill, he repaired the drawer quickly and safely, ensuring it was fully functioning again.
His willingness to help with these additional tasks demonstrated great care, initiative and commitment to supporting residents. His kindness and practical assistance were very much appreciated and made a positive difference.

We have bi yearly visits to our Clapham store. We have the same PAT Tester and is always efficient, friendly and reliable and even tidyies up after themselves!

The work was carried out with minimal disruption and the engineer was very courteous and diligent. The communication was also very good.

Celtic Fire are amazing, standard of service, quality of work, customer service and overall response is unquestionable.
