so easy to use and really helped boost my confidence and show that it possible to lose weight in a healthy way :)

Compose limited plans are the only plans that have worked for me, you get absolutely everything you could need as well as constant support. They’re always there in case you have a question or anything.
I’ve used compose limited plans a few times now and I won’t go back.

Created a tailored plan well suited to me, the plans are very detailed and easy to follow. Super great with motivation, communication and overall service

I first bought a plan with compose at 17, then a different one again at 21 because they give an amazing level of support, plans and meal advice that other companies simply don’t. I’ve started my fitness journey again and have been receiving constant advice and support which keeps me on the right track and motivated me to achieve my goals 😊 on top of that they’re so affordable when you consider everything you get! would recommend to anyone!

For the affordability I was not expecting the plan to have a variety of meal choices alongside the plan.

It is a well structured plan and I highly recommend. It is suitable for everyone

I'm 3 weeks into my plan, about to start the 4th week. I have used compose before but back then I did not utilise the option to contact the trainers or the nutrition plan correctly. I rolled my ankle on the weekend just before my 3rd week began, the trainers were so helpful in suggesting how to adjust the plan and they also let me know if what I was doing/suggesting to do was correct regarding nutrition.

I have allergies and found the nutrition plan easy to modify to be inclusive of them since most items could just be substituted for their gluten free version.

The trainers so far have contacted me every week to see how i'm finding the plan and replied to my dms so quickly even if they were later on in the day.

At 3 weeks I wasn't expecting much in terms of progress but I'm so happy with where I am now. I am so much more confident in myself and have more energy and can definitely see the beginnings of progress!

I have also bought resistance bands from them and the pink gym bag. All of them are amazing items. The pink gym bag unfortunately broke but that was around a year after I bought it and used it every weekend to travel between my uni city and my weekend job.

My experience so far with compose limited has been great. They have gave me motivation to be more consistent and have great plans, definitely recommend

Loving the compose limited plans, the nutrition plans have helped me the most I’ve been able to make more muscle progress since following it. The workout plans I really enjoy, the movements and set out of the week is really enjoyable.
I hated training abs and found it really daunting and avoided it but since following the plan I’ve found it alot less uncomfortable as it built up slowly so now i actively train abs without wanting to cry 😂 10/10 can’t wait for all my progress using compose throughout the year 💪

amazing workout plans, go into great depth and detail with thier plans including meal preps, shopping lists snd demonstrations of each workouts. the staff are so supportive and helpful with any question and queries. love it and it has helped me a lot with getting back started in the gym feeling confident.

Honestly so nice and kind, helped me find the perfect workout for me. Would 100% recommend using this. Never know what to do when it came to working out and this saved me, I feel so much more healthier physically and mentally.

My first ever experience using compose limited was back in lockdown, this is when I was introduced to it and I was blown away with the plans and service. They really helped me get into shape, understand my body more and how to work it in different ways. The nutrition plan is very beneficial too especially to me as I had no idea what I had to do when it came to food. I’ve been using the plans ever since and it’s such a fun easy plan to abide by. I have been using compose for just under 3 weeks now and i have had the best experience. The meal plans are easy to follow and the workout plan makes me enjoy working out! Would definitely recommend!

Really really recommend!
I used the glute and summer shred plan for the last phew months now and I can really notice a difference, the workouts are super structured and easy to follow aswell as the meal plans. You can follow it at your own pace and take it as seriously as you like.
They’re very helpful if you are confused on anything they get back to you fast, I recommend these plans to anyone beginner or not! I myself struggled to keep a routine and this really helped me.
You don’t need a PT you need compose !!
