Compose were amazing! I started the at home workout routine as I felt uncomfortable going into the gym. I have then gone onto using compose plan in the gym. The resistance bands are great and the team are always there if u need any support.

I would recommend compose limited to anyone!! They have a range of plans for everyone to follow fit for anyone with any ability. They always have quick response times and the online coaches are happy to help with anything. They have workouts for at home or at the gym and video demonstrations for every workout and exercise. Very happy with my progress so far excited for the future!

Compose Limited customer experience is absolutely fab !! They are extremely helpful when coming to explaining any questions you may have. They give clear instructions on how to use the plans and the support you will receive.

I’ve always used compose for my workout plans and they’ve always worked for me and clearly others as well. The plans have everything you need with an online coach, nutrition plan/ meal ideas and detailed descriptions on how to do every exercise. It’s so easy to follow which is what I love. I also recently asked for an updated nutrition plan and customer service had everything sorted and emailed over within the hour! I highly recommend!

Compose has such a good range of plans that can be used and have video demonstrations for all exercises. Response times are quick and are all so helpful. There resistance bands are such high quality!

Really good for people wanting to start at the gym , big variety of plans for home and gym so suitable for everyone. It has lots of information on how to do the exercises and different diet plans and it’s very easy to understand. The replies are very quick and are really nice to speak to 💕

I have had a really positive experience working with compose ltd over the last few years. Their customer service is next to none they are amazing and so helpful especially with the weekly check ins and answering questions.

Where do I start…. I’m so happy I found compose because they changed my life! Last year I followed the 12 week plan and the end results were amazing! They have different work out plans best to suit you and I love following the gym / home plan because it just means if I don’t feel like going to the gym one day I can work out in my own space. The plans are well presented and easy to follow and they have an online coach who you can contact at any time if you need any help. They are amazing and I will always recommend them to everyone! Starting my 12 week plan again after having a little break from the gym and I can’t wait to see the end result. Thank you again!!x

Such an amazing business, has everything you need to start your gym journey and customer service is impeccable. Quick replies and you talk to an actual person instead of an AI, therefore so easy to get any extra info you need!

I’ve been using compose for a few years now and have always been happy. They have multiple different plans to help suit your goals and work around your lifestyle. The option to have a gym or at home plan is fantastic helps take the pressure of having to find time going to the gym. The coaches are great as well with their quick responses. Would definitely recommend using compose very goo value for money!

The plan I was provided enabled me to work around my lifestyle by having both plans for home workouts and at the gym, I have seen a huge difference in my shape and by using the diet plan they provided me I am seeing a lot more progress and feeling a lot healthier, the plans guide you through everything so there’s no experience needed with is perfect for beginners, I couldn’t recommend them more☺️

I have recently started my journey with Composelimited and I feel better in myself already! The gym plan I am on is very easy to follow. In addition, the nutrition plan has so many meals and even shopping lists so that you only buy what you need. These combined has enabled the start of my journey so much easier. I am excited to go to the gym and workout following their plan. The offer multiple plans that cater to the different goals that you want which I think is so beneficial! Finally, the customer service is impeccable, replies are within the same day and are happy to answer any queries or worry’s you may have. I would recommend Compose to anyone who is wanting to start they gym journey no matter how much previous experience you may have!

Composed have amazing plans that work really well they provide you with all the info that you need and they are amazing with contact if you need them they’re there within an hour 1000% recommend

Their plan has really helped me with the goal I want to achieve. It advises you on how to do all the exercises if you’re unsure which is so so helpful and has helped build my confidence in the gym using new equipment. They have been super helpful with almost instant replies when messaging them and I would definately recommend their plans!!

They were so accommodating to what I was trying to achieve, they answered any questions I had no matter how many and if I was struggling with certain aspects they would adapt to help me grow in that area.

I have only just started my journey and they have been so helpful I already feel better in my self and can’t wait to reach my end goal
