made multiple attempts to contact via email with no response - made an order of Short Band May 11 2024 and still have not received item or no update from the company despite multiple attempts to contact

This brand definitely works there Plan is amazing and it gives u a variety of food and workout plans just for you

Compose is such a good company! They have helped get me to where I am now, I have never felt insecure about my body ever however back in 2020 I started working out didn’t have a clue what I was doing and started using their plans and their resistance bands! They helped get me to where I am now and have helped me build a lot of confidence, I’d definitely recommended to anyone especially if your starting off and are not sure what your doing!

I have been using Compose limited for four years at the start of my fitness journey. Compose are the only thing that kept me motivated to work out over lockdown as I followed their home workout plans while using their nutrition plans. I recommend them to everyone!

Ordered a resistance band 3 weeks ago - they said delivery is 1 working day? Item Not received! i’ve emailed several times know correspondence at all!

Highly recommend! I’ve had a few resistant bands from compose and they’ve all been amazing!! Held up so well and don’t fray.
Customer service is soo good and always answer well in time.
Their items don’t tear or fray, where as I have found a lot of other brands do this and you don’t get as long out of them, as for the resistance bands the selection that they have is so good, the colours are amazing. Definitely definitely 100% recommend this brand as they’ve game me my dream body!!<3

The plan has been so simple to read through, the customer service levels of help when needed is brilliant and so accessible. feel like I’ve finally found an affordable option to finally get to where I want to!

So I have previously worked with Compose back in like 2019, and i have received a tailored gym plan and a nutrition plan along with a person coach who has helped me with my weight loss journey a lot! The plans were simple yet game changing! Honestly the best people to work with!

The customer service from this company is second to none! They reply to their DM’s quickly and also give you the details you ask for. The price of the equipment and the workouts is amazing! especially because the equipment is high quality and the workouts include detailed plans with everything you need!
