Highly recommend! Customer service is as good as it gets! I have purchased a fair few items off of Compose and have loved everyone single one of them: resistance bands, ankle straps & barbell pads and they have all been amazing quality and they last very long ie. Don’t tear or fray, where as I have found a lot of other brands do and you don’t get long out of them, as for the resistance bands the selection that they have is amazing in itself especially from when I was a beginner- now. Definitely definitely definitely recommend!!!

Would highly recommend. I started using my plan recently and I am already seeing amazing results! Such a helpful and supportive team and I am so happy I decided to start I definitely don’t regret it. I can’t wait to continue using it😁

Brilliant when explaining what I need to do to receive the packages! Plenty of workout routines and meals plans, aswell as warm ups and cool downs!

The company is very quick and understanding of any issues or questions I have had to require in! I have received my plan and can’t wait to try it out ☺️

I have been using compose plans on and off since covid and have really seen a change in my body. These past few months I have stuck with most of the plans (had more then 1 lazy day and ate rubbish a few times a week) but I’m still seeing huge improvements with my body regardless. Would 100000% recommend!!!

Highly Recommend, as a person who has never been to the gym and was nervous about starting without knowing what to do the Compose Limited plan helped me so much to gain confidence to go. I told them what areas of my body I want to work on and got sent a personalised plan with weekly workouts and demonstrations. The meal plans are also extremely helpful. Cannot recommend enough especially for first time gym users like myself. I’m only 3 weeks in and already seeing results which has motivated me to keep going. Very excited for future results.

Hello my name is Ellie Grace, I have been using Compose Limited “legs/glutes/abs” fitness plan and the progress i have made is genuinely insane. Before using this fitness plan i was struggling with gym quite a bit such as struggling with getting my appetite and finding it difficult to make a good performance in gym. Since using this plan I have gained all of that back it’s made me enjoy gym 10 times more than i already did as it’s exciting to see what your next workout or nutritious meal is going to be. The results from this plan has changed me a lot as my legs were tiny but now my legs are huge i struggle to gain weight as well as since starting gym i was scared that i would lose a lot of weight even though i’m skinny enough as it is but it’s actually helped me gain weight and with a nutrition plan it helps a lot with your eating. I would 100% recommend Compose Limited for you all.

Hey ,my names Alex and i started following the leg glutes abs workout for the past few months , starting in november 2023.Ive noticed a change in my body when i followed composed meal plan which helped me recover after every workout session where i would push myself to my limits . At first it was a challenge to keep up my daily protein goal and it was a massive jump ,and i am proud of myself for staying consistent. It is now almost may 2024 and i have never felt this confident in my body as I have gained muscle ,strength and overall weight in my body as i quite underweight and weak at the start of my journey. I would defiantly recommend the plan as it tells u everything u need to know including step by step instructions 🫶🏼 . Thank you !!

Since starting my Home and gym plan it’s built my confidence and my motivation massively the plan gives a clear direction of what you need to do and guides on how to do all movements, I’ve already started to see changes and I’m so excited for my journey, I’m going to start using the resistant band to make my home workouts more intense and to also use in the gym !!!!

I’ve been using the light resistant bands and it’s helped for weight loss and gaining muscles. I’m really enjoying it.

I purchased the 6 week home and gym plan from compose and already notice such a difference in my confidence and abilities in the gym. Their personalised workout plans make it so much easier to move up levels and see the improvement. Also you benefit greatly from having a coach available to help you through exercises.
I have just ordered the resistance bands and hope these will make my workouts more interesting, they have a great selection of workout gear and a great price!!

The customer service i have had has been amazing and they are very polite. They also have very fast replies so if you have any questions they are there to help you and reply fast and reassure you. I haven’t started the program yet but looking at it I’m so excited to start and to see my progress!
