Would be zero stars if available

Would be zero stars if available. Taken over as our new leaseholders and have done nothing but bully and threaten since! Trying to force us to use their expensive nominated insurance or we will breach contract which is incorrect now stating we owe 5 times as much ground rent than we do. Threatening CCJs and intimidating tactics to back you into a corner and rob you blind. I feel bad for any elderly that will be genuinely terrified and pay these scammers.

Dead of variation.

Awful service excessive charges for a deed of variation in respect of selling my property. Compton seemed hell bent on making my life a misery and standing to gain when I sell my property- never buy leasehold or have any further dealing with this company.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star shocking


Doesn't even deserve 1 star shocking company avoid at all costs, it's like faulty towers one woman answering the phone for all the companies, advising me they don't have a complaint procedure??? Making you take out expensive insurance so you will use them as a broker so they get commission and when you don't they want £60 to consent to you not doing so!!!!
