Not going to get any money backâŠ
As I understood I was not going to get any money back on my return! I contacted them MANY times that I wanted to make a return on all clothes, that was crap. If any answer they only wanted me to get a discount on next order and never gave me a return adress! And why on earth would I like to make another order when the quality of my whole order was not near the items, fabric, quality they had told me via mail and how it looked on the pictures when ordering.
So I found an adress online and returned on that one, which is an adress to the company. But unfortunately that was the wrong adress they said, and they couldnÂŽt get hold of my return from that adress! And they hoped for my understanding!!! And when I then asked what would had been the right adress there was only silence like so many times before.
so I just wants to say to you folks; DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! It is a total fake/ scam company

I had a pink blouse in my cart. I looked the next day, and it was gone. I never found it again. I still had the dress in my cart though. I can't understand why you are 'timed out' to buy what's in your cart. I spent a while and bought some things, but I'm still miffed about the pink blouse. I too placed an ordered with this company. Spending $160.00 of my hard earned money. The merchandise I purchased looked simply amazing, colorful and very stylish. Before placing my order, I reviewed their Return/Refund Policy making sure I would not have an issue returning/requesting full refund. NOT SO. Just multiple individuals have previously reported all of the items I purchased looked nothing NOTHING like what was pictured in the Comstylish catalog. I took photos, sent and requested the address of where to return my merchandise. Well that has taken more than 6 WEEKS! Finally was told today, they would offer me a 30% discount coupon on next purchase. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I did calculated my package weight shipping options UPS, USPS FEDEX, DHL and still they will not give me the address! I have reported this company to my local BBB, state BBB and believe they have been frauding millions of money from Americans and should not be permitted to conduct business in the United States. My transaction was done via PayPal which I thought would have been protected...NOT SO. Errr. Never ever again. They are fraudersters in my eyes.

Embroidery dress scam
I ordered a beautiful dress whose picture was extremely deceiving. The dress I received was much uglier and of worse quality that the dress I picked. I emailed the company sending the pictures of the dress I got and comparing it to the dress I ordered, and to return the item for a full refund. I was told I could not return the item because it came from China and that I would not get a refund either. They offered me instead a 20% coupon on my nest purchase, which is unacceptable.
If you ever order from Comstylish, please do nor order anything that says embroidery because all they have is print. And good luck.

Unable to return an unwanted garment
Unable to return an unwanted garment. This was a dress which looked great on the Comstylish catalogue but turned out to be shapeless and transparent. The company refused to give me any address to which I could return the dress let alone a refund of the £23 I'd spent on the item. They kept fobbing me off with dire warnings about the garment having to go to China, my having to bear the high cost of postage and a long wait and how about accepting a 20% discount on another order instead? I replied, no, I want a refund and to return the garment. Total silence. I shall report this rotten company to the UK Trading Standards Office and the Consumer Ombudsman.
