Beware! This company doesn’t accept returns, even if the merchandise delivered was not as pictured or described by their site. Instead I was offered first 20% then 30% discount coupons toward my next order. I strongly suspect a ‘sweatshop’ manufactured the articles I received. Poor quality fabric, poor workmanship, nothing like described on the site. My experience? They are an unrepentantly fraudulent company. Throwing away your money would require less effort than dealing with these crooks.

Comstylish is hard to do business with.
We ordered two dresses and one did not fit so I asked to return the item. They have offered discounts on future purchases or I can pay to ship the item back to China which the cost is over half of the cost of the dress. I have asked for a partial refund and they have gone silent. They will not provide an address to return the item and are not responding to my request for the status of the return.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
In their response to my review they requested the order number. I have already provided Order No, VG00388903 along with pictures of the item, the shipping label on the bag it was shipped in.
I do not recommend doing business with this company.
Comstylish is now ghosting me, complete silence.

I ordered what looked like an…Embroidered blouse and linen striped dress.
I ordered what looked like an embroidered blouse. I looked at it several times before buying it. I received a t-shirt with an ink print...not embroidered. I also ordered a linen looking striped dress. The stripes did not match up, the seam down the back was rippled and uneven. The fabric was cheap, the arms holes were not uniform. I had to go back and forth with several emails to be able to return these items. They offered me 10% off any new orders stating that shipping takes so long, and the items might get lost in transit. I will NOT be ordering anything from this company. Pictures don't represent the product.

Unable to return the package - No refund solution provided
Want to return the order during misrepresetnation practice on comstylish website. Long story short, item didnt match neuther the description nor images.
However the legal address wasn't provided and support keep prolonging the solution. They avoided the simple refund solution at its best.
Eventually no solution was provided. Just be sure - YOU WONT BE ABLE TO REFUND AN ITEM.
On review websites and email feedback, i get automatic template response:"We are sorry, provide order number". Of course without any further actions.

I ordered over $80 in clothes and went by the size chart when ordering. One of the tops was too small and customer service will not answer my emails. Sending an email is the only way to contact them. They have ignored my request for a return and or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT IN THE US THEY ARE IN CHINA.

They advertise a product as 95% cotton but what arrived for me was pure synthetic . I was willing to accept a decent linen cotton one in place of teh three I paid for ... Months later no answers despite that the finacial manager needed to be aooroached for a full refund . This is a pure RIP OFF .
CAUTION , the initial product posted could have been a mistake , now I see since February they are avpoiding teh issue making excuses . I am advising people not to touch this company and it should be removed from internet sales .

It took a few times to understand the individual format of choosing the size. I'm worried that I didn't order my tops and pants big enough. Your returns procedure looks difficult to do.

I ordered the dragon fly shirt and am very dissastified: Very cheap fabric (not one described) terrible sizing, and worst of all white paint is splatttered down the front of the shirt! Will try to get refund-although phonel iine is busy 24/7. Have they disconnected it? Will never order from them again. It's too bad their inventory doesn't match the fotos/descriptions on the website.

OK experience. On one item, a linen T-shirt, I could not select the color I wanted by clicking on the picture of the item. The pictures did not match the descriptions of the colors. I gave up on that item.
