I don’t like the high cost of shipping and the return policy. I am taking a gamble that I do not have to return.

Fairly easy to order
Fairly easy to order. Excited to receive ordered product, an absolutely gorgeous black loose-fitting shirt with 3 dragonfly prints on front. It's a gift - and she is already ecstatic over the picture. Hopefully I ordered correct size - but no matter - cause if I was wrong, I'll keep this one and order another. Happy customer!

The material was cheesy and cheap. I paid a lot of money for the product, and it didn't meet my standards. Trying to return and no response to the return. Can't reach them with the phone # that is mentioned? Keep getting a busy signal.

I ordered $115 of clothes that arrived dirty, used, very poor quality & not anything like pictured on their website. When I contacted Comstylish to obtain a refund, they refused! This company is a scam- bad quality clothes and you won’t get a refund, and you won’t WANT an exchange!

Did not receive order
Did not receive order. Your help line wants name to make an appointment free by to get a refund. No photo to show proof of delivery. So I should be inconvenienced. Even more by making an appointment to file a claim. Ok. Never have had to do this. You should be investigating where the package went. I would sure like to know. Ether way I have no package. I h just want the refund so I can forget about all oil f this.

Disappointed in experience with ordering,
I say's I get a free gift, I clicked on free gifts being offered and picked some cheap earings and was charged for them. It does not indicate anything about how long shipping is going to take. There does not seem to be a way to talk to someone or chat on line with my questions. I would like the earings to be taken off of my bill. It seems very deceptive. My credit card is not to be on file anywhere. If i open an item to try it on and it does not fit, it seems hard to return. Must be in original packing. Maybe someone can contact me via e-mail concerning my questions. Thank you.

What I ordered and what they sent are 2 different products . The product was supposed to be embroidered and the design on cotton and what I received is cheap printed polyester. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The styles on line are really cute but what you get is nothing like what you ordered.
