Not very helpful at reception
Not very helpful at reception , wanted to go through the form and the lady said it’s all ok, I wasn’t happy with her response as my investment is in the bank, left feeling a little confused as to why she didn’t want to go through the form, I said are we doing it here she said yes , took a glimpse and said it’s fine….. the next day I received a phone call from a man who asked me why I ticked the box twice.. I said I wanted to speak to someone and the lady said it’s ok.. any way the man was helpful and was apologetic towards my visit, he then went through the form…

They never do what they have say they…
They never do what they have say they will. For example they say they will send a confirmation email. it doesn't happen. You always have to chase them up.

Fast, same-day loan "Recommended"
I applied for a loan with Conisterbank last Friday and couldn't be happier with the experience.

Excellent Service
Opening a bank account was a smooth process. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Customer services are easy to contact & any instruction in relation to maturing deposits are acted upon accordingly. I would highly recommend choosing this bank.

On the whole I find your communications work very well. I did have a problem setting up the e-mails to get the Tax Certificates for the year, but I got there in the end.

Really impressed
