Prompt, polite and knowledgeable customer service from front desk. Easy process in place for savings renewals. Interest rates given on savings very competitive. Cannot fault my personal experiences when dealing with this bank.

Very helpful staff. Easy to renew a Fixed interest bonds and prompt confirmation- although I would rather have paper confirmation as I do not seem to be able to print from the online correspondence,

Local service
I didn't want to rely on local postal service so called into branch to arrange what I required. This was received politely & courteously, & effected at the correct time.
Checking later on the on-line portal was straight forward.
Very happy with service overall.
