Lack of transparency - in delivery time
I placed two orders last week because the items were listed as in stock — that’s the only reason I chose Connox. Now I’ve received a message saying that processing will take longer than expected and that the delay cannot be accelerated.
What I don’t understand is why this wasn’t communicated upfront. If there had been a clear indication of the actual processing time, I might have chosen another retailer or at least made an informed decision. Transparency is a form of honesty.
There is also no information about the length of the delay. Are we talking about a week, a month, or longer? A bit more clarity would make a big difference.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Connox. Their products are competitively priced and very good quality. I received my items within 5 days which considering they come from Germany is impressive. One of my bowls was broken and I had a response from customer services within 24 hours. They sent out a replacement immediately. Thank you Connox I will definitely be using you again in the future and would not hesitate in recommending you!

I'm in the UK and have ordered from Connox a few times. I am aware of Customs and so never go over that limit intentionally. Their items are competitively priced and brands that are not easy to find in the UK and I have always been really happy with everything I have ordered so far. I also, knowing I am ordering from Germany, will only buy things that I know I want re returning items etc.

Just make sure your order value is less than 135 gbp and you will have no additional taxes to pay for uk delivery. My order arrived in 4 days and was rhe cheapest price on the internet. Be patient. We often want things right away, no problems in recommending this company. I wrote the reveiw to balance out the negative reveiw they have received. Remember they ship from germany.
Immediate replacement
First product arrived broken. Customer service immediately issued replacement which arrived promptly in one piece.
Beware of VAT, items shipped from outwith UK. Connox deleted my account due to this review
I have updated the review to 1 star as Connox have deleted my account after leaving a poor review. They have also asked for more information to try and get the review removed. When trying to login to connox to get my order Id or customer number I can no longer access and forgotten password sends no email.

Good price advertised for item. Paid and then letter from Parcelfarce that VAT, handling and import duty was due.
The bargain I thought I'd got ended up costing the same as if I'd bought in UK.
If they don't ship from the UK they shouldn't be using a .Co.uk website and UK helpline.
Not a Scam but should be more clearly stated that the items are not located in the UK or by the looks of it the business is just a drop shipping company.

Product ad is so misleading
Product ad is so misleading. It states no VAT and free shipping but the reality is that you have to pay both. I have had to pay an extra £52.99 in order to receive my item in relation to customs/import VAT & an admin fee!

Germany to UK in five days - impressive
Just got my delivery - order to arrival in five days, not bad for shipping to the UK from Germany. Delighted with my 18 Hay modular storage crates - very well priced and nice and sturdy. Order confirms and shipping status updates were timely.

Custome tax charge not made clear.
I've been waiting 17 days for my delivery which has still not arrived. I have now recieved a letter saying I need to pay £50+ Import tax which is over 25% the value of the item. I have checked the website and it does mention possible customer charges but you really have to go and look for it. Should be clearer but them I suspect it will put people of making a purchase.

Additionally the UK phone number like the one in Germany is never ever answered despite 20 plus calls at different times of day I would never use this company again I doubt if I will ever get the purchase I paid for , some people might think I was a fool for making a purchase, they reply with robot messages and treat customers like rubbish as for Mr Hass does he exist ???

Worst e-comms site and service ever!
Worst online e-comms business. I placed an order after Christmas - in the sale season. Online they stated that something was in stock and ready for shipping. A few days later I received an email saying the item was out of stock, but they were reordering it and awaiting a shipment, asking me to wait it out. I agreed as I really wanted the item - it was a four month wait. In my email I asked for assurance that it was indeed reordered and due to arrive back in stock, and they assured me it would arrive, four months after my original order. Four months later, I emailed after the new expected delivery date only to be told there was a delay and they didn’t know when it was due to come back in - after holding hundreds £ of my money for four months. At this point I requested a refund. I would never use this company again. Avoid at all costs!

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish, they send a package out by DHL and then they handed over the parcel to parcel force and if you’re not in they don’t leave a calling card, so you don’t know where your parcel is, and Whether it’s been a tried delivery or not, Change your delivery crew!
Then on top of that Conox way of an apology is “when you order next time will give you 10% off’ Unbelievable. as if.

I had to track the parcel down by going into lots of Post offices in my area. Because No Calling Card Was left when the Courier called and I was not in.
So people be aware!! You need to sort out your courier situation, then this may no have happened.

Connox are very unresponsive
Connox doesn’t answer phone calls, or respond to emails with anything other than an automated response telling me to wait. After being told Connox has delayed the processing of my order, there has been no helpful information from them. All this for an order of items in stocks ‘ready to be shipped within 3-5 days’. It was naive of me to make the order without looking at all these bad reviews. I’m left with no answers and money that seems wasted at this point. Really not impressed at all. I don’t know how it’s possible to be this slow and full of false promise.

Another good company gone bad. They used to be great but now it's all broken promises and things not arriving. I ordered some modular furniture. It said it was all in stock. One piece arrived. The other three pieces I need to assemble the furniture have not. Endless emails, endless promises. I was told weeks ago one part was on it its way - it hasn't arrived yet. The rest is still marked as coming. I could have bought the same items at a higher price elsewhere but I went with Connox as they used to be reliable. Big mistake. Hoping the rest actually arrives sometime and I don't have try and get my money back. I really don't want to be left with a section of my item that can't be put together without the rest of it. They said "We implemented a new warehouse system and there have been a few issues but should be resolved soon - sorry!!" That was after hundreds of bot generated messages saying my delivery was being held up with no real explanation. Sigh*******
UPDATE: they have suspended deliveries to the UK (not surprised). This is what you get if you go to their UK website and they no longer offer delivery to the UK from their main website:
"Dear customer,
we are currently reworking our UK-offering and are therefore (temporarily) offline.
In case of order-related questions please contact (Trustpilot made me delete their email address)....
Sorry for any inconveniences caused.

IS THIS A FRAUD BECAUSE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDERS. I KEEP CALLING REPERATEDLY BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICES KEEPS SAYING THERE IS NO ONE TO TAKE CALL. THE EMAIL IS NOT RESPONDED TO. I AM COMING TO THINK THIS IS A FRAUD!!

Delivered quickly, competitively priced vases
Reading some of the other reviews I was slightly nervous when I ordered two vases, particularly as they were priced competitively .
However they arrived seven days later excellently packed and as described. I would not hesitate to buy from Connox again.
Terrible service

This is the worst and most insulting company I’ve ever ordered from.
I ordered my brothers Christmas present from them on the 29th of November and item took over a month to be sent and arrived broken and therefore my brother didn't get a Christmas present. It was re re ordered on the 28th of December and I was told it would be delivered on the 29th Jan but it's now Feb 8th and they have no indication of when it's going to be sent what so ever? Let alone if it’s going to arrive broken again or not. Meanwhile, my brother still doesn't have a Christmas present....
The best they’ve offered me is a 10% discount (£2, a laughable and insulting amount) and 2 x 10% discounts for the future which were ridiculous as I’ll never be ordering from this company again.
