PAYMENT PROCESSED THEN TOLD OF BACKORDER :(
I have recevied GREAT service over last year ordering from CLC. Very good repsonses and shipping is very quick. I have been very pleased, however, I was disappointed when after I placed order this last time, I received an email stating they were on backorder and would not ship for 3 to 6 weeks. I work hard for my money and now I have no other avenue or money to buy anything anywhere else because it's tied up in the back order. I think they should NOT process any orders until they check stock and ASK the customer if they still want it ordered knowing it will be a while. I just think its wrong to take the money and then notify with a too late situation. From now on, I will have to be very careful because this really messed up my vacation coming up etc..LESSON learned.

Why go anywhere else?
CLC was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so happy I tried them out. Got my order in 4 days. That's faster than the optician I usually go to. Product is as exactly as I had ordered and I will definitely use CLC again when it's time to reorder. The only thing I noticed is that the box for my left and right eye expired at different years. No big deal though since they expired 2017/2018.

Quality Product, Speedy Delivery

Quality products for a low price!
I ordered my contacts and received them fairly quickly. Ordering took little time and there were plently of products to choose from. Only thing required was knowledge of your prescription. I will definitely be using their services again.

You will SEE why CLC is the Best!!

Great customer service, but prices are slowly increasing
I had GREAT customer service - three lenses in one of my packages were defective (bent out of shape when I opened them), and they provided me with a credit on my account no questions asked. When I ordered new lenses, I forgot to apply the credit to my order, and they refunded me the amount of the credit to my Visa card, again, no questions asked. Unfortunately the price of my contact lenses has increased $3 a box since a year and half ago when I placed my last order, which I thought was a bit steep, but I suppose they have to pay their customer service agents somehow...

Great experience! ContactLensesCanada Vs. ClearlyContacts.ca
I've only ever ordered my contacts from Clearlycontacts.ca but have found that their prices are basically the same as my optometrists. The only benefit ordering from that site was that their shipping is very quick. I searched the internet for cheaper contact lense prices, and ended up here. I was hesitant at first to order from this site as there were not many reviews (that I could find anyways), but I couldn't be any happier with the decision that I made. I ordered a nine month supply for cheaper, than I could get a six month supply for from clearlycontacts.ca. The shipping was a little slower than clearlycontacts but not bad at all. I recommended this site to all my friends through facebook. I had no issues whatsoever. Very happy! Thanks Contact Lenses Canada!

The delivery was on time. I didn't open the boxes yet so I don't know if everything is ok inside but the shipping and the order were OK!
