Continental tyre exploded.i always buy continental,for the last 21years,on my Audi.After six months the wore down quickly.The rubber must be poor quality.Wont be buying Contis again.

I bought all season tires from a dealer named GoodTire. After a while I felt a vibration. I rebalanced it but the problem didn’t fixed. Until now I have contacted with several customer service of Continental and GoodTire and got nothing but “it is not our responsibility and you should contact with bla bla”. I throw the tires to the best place for them! In a trash can!

I bought a peugeot2008 brand new expecting the Exellent Michelin primacy 4s on it, it had these oversized Balloons on it call continental eco contact 6Q tyres with hardly any tread on them I thought they were part worn tyres after 10,000 mls of steady driving with the right pressures in them, at my first service I got a Tread wear warning, what peugeot changed to these from Michelin I will never know someone must have got a backhander I would never buy these or a car again with them fitted as OE, Total crap.

Ordered a set of continental tires with my order , I only had the tires on for 6-7 ( less than 10k miles) months before the rear tire tread was already on 3/32 tread life. Luckily I thought I had warranty as advertised on the website but little did I know fitment & continental either have a complicated relationship, or swindle you by dangling a warranty in your face so you feel more confident & accepting of your purchase thinking you can get it warranted. When I first reached out I was told I needed to find a local shop and take my tires to them for inspection & to replace it then under fitment/continentals warranty. I called 10+ shops and had the rep at fitment call to since every shop said “ We do not honor third party warranty’s, you will have to buy new tires & warranty them with us”, so telling this to fitment/continental one would think they’ve ran into this before and have alternative ways to support you their customer…. I was not replied to for 2 months and when followed up now haven’t heard back in a week and a half. I’d suggest looking throughly for your next set of wheels/ tires or you may be unfortunate enough to get them from FitmentIndustries.com, and I’d stay away from continental unless bought locally

Ich habe mir bis jetzt auschließlich Contis für meinen Audi gekauft. Das ist wie ein schlag ins Gesicht, das so eine Firma den Russischen Krieg unterstützt und dort weiterhin Ihre Produkte verkaufen. Bekommen bestimmt noch einen Rabat.
Ich hoffe die Raffsucht wird heimgezahlt.

Provato gomme continental di serie su fiesta 1,250 2012 e avevo la sensazione di volare fuori strada ad ogni curva anche a 40/50 km/h . Monto delle uniroyal sport rain 5 ( sempre prodotte dalla continental) e dopo un anno sono gia’ tutte consumate e ridotte veramente male ( gomma lacerata sul battistrada … ) anche se il piacere di guida e’ sempre stato ottimo . Avrei preferito che durassero di piu’ . non c’è’ motivo di usare mescole troppo morbide su strada .

Purchased 2 x rear 245.40.19 premium contact 6 run flat tyres for my F11 BMW tourer last week.
DO NOT BUY THESE TYRES AS THEY ARE UN-SAFE!
I cannot negotiate any bend in the road that involves these tyres (at below normal road speed) gripping !
Took back to garage following day to complain, was told to 'run them in' for a few hundred miles. I then did so, albeit very carefully as these tyres have totally changed the way my car drives, totally un-nerving.
Returned the following week after completing 370 miles with no difference. I even washed the tyres with electrical cleaner to remove any tyre wax but still the same. Tyre fitter suggested adjusting tyre pressure outside the BMW limits which I did not. Even asked the fitter to take my car for a test-drive to see how un-safe the car now was, he refused. Told them I did not want the tyres on my car as it has become unsafe to drive even on dry roads. Only option I was given was to purchase 2 more tyres so the Conti's could be sent away for testing. So replaced with Goodyear Excellence tyres, car immediately back to normal and drives great as expected. So nearly £1000 currently spent for 2 x tyres, hoping Continental find an issue with the tyres so I get a refund... slim chance I suppose, I wait to see outcome. I have had many cars over the years with many tyres including Continental's, but I would not advise anyone to try these tyres!

I recently bought bicycle inner tubes, packaged in a small box. Neither the tire nor the box indicated the pressure range that Continental recommend. Given that tire and pressure generally go together, Continental had one job to ensure customer satisfaction....
Other than that, Continental provided a QR code to watch fitting instructions, which take the user to the corporate website for continental: no instruction in sight. Keine vorsprung hier, leiter...

Comes stock with fault have not been aligned correct faulty factory line ..options buy another.have to wait 3 months to get replaced under warranty ..guess the summer is only 3 months!

Purchased Continental run flat tyres for my Mercedes C250 in July 2020. Only do city driving in them and check tyre pressure weekly. Only got 19,000km life from them. Got them checked in July 2021 and was advised that that they were worn to below legal limit. Cost $1400, and had to replace with new tyres at a cost of $1700 after only one year.
Very disappointed with life of tyres.

BMW needs to stop using this outfit. I've been trying to source two 315 x 30 x 22R Contact Premium 6 rear tyres for my BMW for several months but they are out of stock.
I've been told by BMW that the make of tyre on the rear of my x-drive SUV must match the front. I've only just shelled out for a set of front tyres, now looks like I'm going to have to change these. I'm fuming.

Continental tires are still selling old stock tires. I've bought a tires from Canadian tire that has a more than 3years manufacturing date. Check the dates of manufactured before they install them, otherwise you're screwed. I called CT and the staff said that I was told that they are discontinued tires, which is not true. Second, he said I got what I paid for because they are clearance sale. Arrogant and rude response from CT staff.

I have continental tires on my disabled suv so you would expect they would be a little bit better for off roading than some other tires on sale but no after less than pic of blown up tire in avatar above.1700 miles from new I was parked up in a shop car park whilst I was shopping and I was asked to go to customer services on doing so they informed me that other customers had witnessed one of my tires blowing up for no reason and no one was near by, I am disabled so rely on my vehicle as so many other disabled people do, and what if I was driving at speed on a freeway with children on board, there would definitely of been a good chance of fatalities in my car or if I hit another vehicle possibly in theres I will never get there tires again, especially after there customer services did not want to know, or offer an explanation for the incident, total jokers.
