Contrado USA allowed me to order masks for my whole family. I was able to get different sizes, and each one fits every one of us perfectly. being able to customize the masks is making the thought of having to wear them all day in school everyday next fall that much more tolerable. each one of us could make masks with our own designs, with a perfect fit. I even got my husband one with his healthcare company logo on it! Contrado USA site is easy use, the material is good quality and they wash well. I think they will hold up against my boys wearing them. I am very happy with my masks and the awesome customer service which is so rare these days. I will be ordering more for us and my parents.

Very Responsive/Great Quality Custom Masks!
I was able to chat with Contrado support before placing my order to discuss delivery expectations and they quickly answered an email after the order was placed. With email or chat, their support response was excellent. I ordered custom masks and everyone who received them commented on their great quality and how nice they are to wear. The best part is that we had custom masks (with our business colors and logo, personalized to each team member) delivered to each remote-location team member in less than one week from order to delivery. Amazing!

I originally gave them one star because of poor customer service and delays, etc. Anyway, it doesn't matter. They rectified the situation beautifully, I got my refund and donated to BLM. As for the products, the quality was great, not perfect but close enough.

We are a business and a first time customer. We ordered masks for our staff using our company's logo and they turned out great! There was a small issue with our order because I forgot to copy the logo to every single mask individually, so the customer service team fixed it for me immediately! Very pleased with their service, responsiveness, and being courteous! We will use Contrado again. Thank you!

Purchased a hat it came out awful so I contacted support. Its been 3+ weeks and they haven't processed the 20% refund . Kinda frustrating how crappy the hat was let alone then refunding only 20% then taking ages to process the refund. customer service was cold and not apologetic in the least. The hat is garbage it's super misshapen.

Really dissappointed if you want a good service I recommend custom ts or really any other service but contrado

I am still waiting for delivery and have email the company for feedback. I paid $29 for delivery in Canada. The Contrado website indicates ...

but I am in Canada - where is my order?? I followed the Fedex link and it is stuck in custom. You have to do something to get it cleared for delivery.

I would like to post an update to the review as of July 17th, I have now received the masks and I am very happy with the result. Customer service from Gwen was great and she solved the shipping issue.

After a 3 months..., I’m still waiting for my delivery. I don’t have the money, I don’t have my package, I don’t have explanation Or solution. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered sample piece of fabric since I wasn't aware of the quality and delivery time ... from the time I place my order to the day received only 5 days! Being a new customer I was concerned about print quality also delivery time... my fabric is beautiful and I will be ordering again I have absolutely no complaints... I'm truly happy with the outcome of my fabric plus the customer service Department

I’m a first customer with Contrado and my experience was great. I wanted some customer wallpaper for my living room. So I designed my image, uploaded it to the site and requested a sample.

It was so easy, click, adjust the image to your liking and pay. I loved the sample when it arrived, so gathered my measurements and put in an order for the real thing.

When the wallpaper arrived, I noticed right away that the paper was damaged. I took photos and emailed customer service. Without hesitation (JOBY) the CS agent took apologized for the damage and placed a new order for me FREE of charge. He even followed up after my order was shipped.

My husband and I put the wallpaper up this past weekend and its crazy to see your design come to life. I can’t wait to host! I wanted to stop by and say that my experience with Contrado was great and I will be putting in a new order in next week.

I give this review 5 stars for several reasons. 1. I love the products offered and the ease of creating. 2. Although I had a slight issue with some of my order, the customer service to fix that issue was the best I've experienced. The fixed my concern and even went above and beyond to remedy the issue in an incredibly quick and easy (for me) way. I will definitely continue using this company in the future with zero hesitations.

appalling response times and customer service, in fact there is no way to get a response from them if you have a query, the only contact option is email (the chat option is not active), avoid at all costs unless you want to lose your money

I am positively impressed with your service and product. I first ordered a silk scarf for my future daughter-in-law and then, after seeing the quality, ordered a matching pocket square for my son and husband for them to use at the wedding and I am delighted with everything. I used my own image and designed my own scarves with your easy to use software. The packages arrived quickly and were carefully wrapped. On the first order, you even had the courtesy to include a "Ooops, we're sorry" note inside the scarf that had a very small print stain on it; BUT you also sent a perfect scarf yet I only paid for the one scarf. That is real service. Thank you.I will use you again.

They know what they're doing the product is perfect good quality customer service superb you can't ask for more thank you for making my order correct and beautiful.

Sizes run way too small. Ordered 4 pack of Large masks. I have a medium to small sized head and the masks were too small... pulled on my ears, barely cupped my chin. Had to reorder the XL.

(I mistakenly posted this on the “Contrado” TrustPilot, not “Contrado US.” So I’m reposting it here with one update.)

I ordered 4 masks with different designs on (4/28/20) and they arrived today (5/5/20), much quicker than I was expecting, especially considering that I chose the Standard Shipping option.
Some of you seriously need to give this company a break and understand that there could be seriously delays considering that facemasks have never been so desired before. I agree the company could do more to disclose that they could arrive late, but still, be patient considering the circumstances.

The quality of the masks are amazing, the graphics were printed exactly as advertised.

The only issue is the length of the mask. The dimensions listed on the site don’t seem to be accurate. I even measured my face with tape measure, but the length of the mask from nose-to-chin is much shorter. It’s just a little frustrating because the design and quality of the masks are great, but the awkward fit can counteract it.

But other than that, I am satisfied.
Will likely buy again at a bigger size.

I am redoing my review from earlier. I bumped this up to a 2 star after FINALLY getting my package. It took several weeks to get my masks, and when shipped out with their upgraded 30 dollar shipping, it still took an additional 4 days from the weeks I waited for them to be made. I understand with covid everything is delayed but they should not have been promising 3-4 day processing time if they can't keep up.
The masks i got were medium sized, but they run small. If you are ordering for an adult definitely get a large, and prepare to wait a month to get it. Customer service will do you absolutely no help so do not bother there.
Update: they reported this review after reaching out to me MONTHS after I had all my issues. They only gave me a couple days before this was flagged. They can flag any bad reviews but can't seem to rectify their customer service or poor quality products. But don't worry. I provided contrado with the information they wanted to "look into it" and didn't hear back. Again. Don't bother with this company. Use an actual US based company that can answer your calls and emails and hold up to their promises.

I ordered Large size but received small. However, the tag on the masks reads (L). That is impossible since the mask barely covers my average size face. These mask are made in Bangladesh that’s why their Large is actually smaller. Nevertheless, I will give them to my children to wear.

This company has high quality products! My items were made in a timely manner and had great a fit and feel.

Order: Five 4-Pack Airflow Face Masks (Size Large) - 20 total

PROS:
Price: I got the 4-packs when they were $20/pack ($5/mask). I'll definitely make a profit off these.

Quality: Excellent. Designs and colors look at exactly like they appeared on the mock-ups. Note: The back of the mask is white, and that may show through the front when the mask is stretched.

Shipping: The quoted shipping on the website was 3-4 days when I placed my order. I ordered on 4/28, package shipped on 5/4 (4 business days), and I received it on 5/7. That's an amazing turnaround for masks right now.

Fit: The large masks don't look large when laying flat, but fit perfectly when on your face. I let my 9yo try one on to see how it fit on children since it looked small, and the large was definitely too big for her.

CONS:
Website security: When I started designing the first order, I saved it and got an email so I could follow-up later. Each time I went back to the website after I placed the order and changed the designs, it still showed the earlier mock-ups. I was concerned that I would get the earlier designs, but I didn't.

When I placed a second order for Ten 4-pack masks, I was logged into my personal account, but wanted to place the order with my wholesale account. This emails are not synced or in any way connected. I placed the order through my wholesale account, but the confirmation email was sent to my personal email address. And now the order shows up in both of my accounts. This looks like a security breach waiting to happen.

I placed an order for 4 mask on 4/25/2020 and received them faster than I expected. I received my order on 5/5/2020 and was very pleased. I chose to design my own so I was a little nervous that they would not turn out how I wanted. I was so excited when I got them and pleased at how the design was printed so nicely on the mask and did not look cheap at all. I was so pleased that I re-ordered right after opening my mask. I ordered 12 more mask.
