good customer service from the helpdesk and excellent service provided by the onsite engineer

Stone are a great company to work with, they always seem to be able to get hold of kit that others struggle with. I've used them on and off in different parts of my career for 14 years.

Work hours are good, great working environment, team mates and managerial are all very supportive, just an Amazing company to work for!

As an IT Consultant I often pick up new clients. With the recent laptop frenzy I often suggest Stone as the way to go for good quality laptops with good support. For the specs they provide, the laptops are very good value and the support they provide is spot on. I suggest Stone not just for the reasons above but mainly because I know I can always count on my account manager Muzaher Poonawala who works tirelessly to tend to my very specific and demanding (at times) needs. They say it's best to go to someone you can rely on and with a history of happy clients, I know Muz is my guy!

The Stone recycling App - Very easy to arrange collection - friendly staff -very good communication. Keeps you updated through out the whole process. The Driver - Phil Tiernan and his colleague were very professional with the pick up from the school and very quick. Got the disposal certificate emailed with all the details of the equipment. Would definitely recommend Stone Computing for recycling unwanted IT equipment.

Very prompt and quick professional service delivered from the engineers. Complied with all COVID regulations and would recommend them aanyday.

Engineer came with plenty of notice on the phone, was really friendly and fixed my laptop quickly. He also explained everything as he went which was reassuring and interesting to know.
He visited as restrictions were easing but still observed social distancing and safety practices.

Support team answered query quickly and engineers came out next day and fixed three laptops. Very friendly and efficient and laptops back in use next day.

I've been running IT systems for 25 years now and Stone have been a great vendor through all that time. They have great prices, providing kit that "bang per buck" normally beats anyone else tendering by miles. Their PCs last well, we are running kit that's 8 years old with no issues and when we do rarely need an engineer the onsite NBD support is brilliant, with techs that know what they are doing and a support center that gives us all we need for self service.
