Received my iPod classic price was good and product was better than expected

Purchases my first gaming pc after comparing market. Very happy with its performance and price both meets my expectations recommend.

These guys are obviously in trouble as a business and scamming people. They tell you you'll get a refund and then start ignoring your e-mails once you chase them for an update. The phone number doesn't work either. Are they just taking peoples money now and not sending products?....

My Pc had a issue with graphics card. Graphics card was replaced under warranty it took aprox 4 weeks as I had standard warranty. At the end of came back with new graphics card and don't cost me anything.

My pc was not showing display received support and guess what I was using motherboard output. I received video call support and after using output from graphics card machine was working fine. First time gaming pc user

Machine was received slightly bent from corner. Sent pictures of damaged packaging. Received support from Consolekillerpc and mt pc was replaced with in 48hr.

We have been doing business with this company for over 2 years, always found them extremely professional and reliable. Never had any problems, management and staff are always polite and helpful, here's to the future business between us.

Ordered beelink mini pc. Order not sent, still waiting over 2 weeks later. Emailed twice only responses were "will check with our team where your order is" and have been silent for a week. Address registered to a car garage. Avoid entirely, chargeback in progress through bank. Red flag.

Ordered a Gaming PC for my son's birthday on the 25th January, has to chase to make sure it would arrive for his birthday, multiple emails and nothing but 10 days before his birthday they contacted me with a day, PC was delivered and on opening found that the it was damaged so arrange return for repair and then had to chase with multiple email, repaired PC was delivered and again the PC would not boot up, chased with multiple email and had to has a video call to try and fix but no luck so had to return again and now I have had enough and have contacted to get a full refund as I still haven't received the PC and have only had emails to say they will sort but haven't, this has caused communication to be completely ignored and I have been waiting with a Gaming PC after spending £1500 for about 4 months now.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered and heard nothing. Multiple emails achieve nothing, phone number automatically disconnects. Webchat is unmanned. I don't think they're scammers, just a terribly ran company.

I wouldn't trust the reviews on here. A lot of the 5 star reviews are of the same background as the owner; good chance he's asked his friends to give give some good reviews to make his failing company look better.
