Shocking experience, instructed this company to sell my property on the 18th July 2025 and 9 months later still no exchange date agreed. Numerous emails and calls sent to no avail. Happy Khumbeni was the layers name, I’m surprised he’s still employed. Tried contacting the MD, Jamie Cosson, but no response from him either. Hopefully the legal ombudsman will have better success than I did.

Excellent service provided by Julieann Gilbert. Very professional and communication very good by telephone and email. Really pleased with the overall service and cant thank Julieann enough.

Our conveyancer Zara-Nicole Davies has done a great job. We've completed on our house in the expected amount of time and have had the process made as easy as is reasonable for buying a house. Their communication has been very good throughout the process.

Don't touch this company! They are totally incompetent! They struggled to get a simple sale to fruition without a daily struggle with the simplest of issues.
7 months it took them, when 5 of those months the apartment lay empty. From the moment I told my solicitor I wanted to complete quickly, he dug his heels in. Awful man, awful solicitor, awful company. Thanks William H Brown telling me it would all run quicker and smoother by keeping it all in house. Even the Legal Ombudsman was of no use. No wonder this country is in such a state!!

Cerys from Conveyancing Direct kept us informed. When I would call Conveyancing Direct I would get connected to a human quickly and they would give me an informed meaningful update that was relevant. Overall I was very please with how quickly they turned around our mortgage case. Highly recommend this firm and Cerys in particular who handled our case really well

Easy and smooth process selling a house. Paige Ludwig was very helpful and prompt in her responses to any questions raised.

4+ months trying to buy a flat using this company. Lack of progress lack of updates. Phoned conveyancer who said she would have to work to midnight each day to get through the number of case given to her. Thinking I will move to another conveyancer and not pay for the very little work done. Another example of company taking on too much work

Her efficiency and attention to detail really stood out, and it gave us a lot of confidence that everything was being handled properly.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Communication was poor, response times to emails etc was always very slow and I genuinely feel they were partially responsible for the sale eventually falling through. I thought by using a company referred by the agent that it might smooth the process, next time I will choose who I go with.
