Purchased the Pizza Pro 450, a wee popcorn maker and a couple of other bits. Really happy with the quality and results.

Had a small issue that was sorted really quickly by Sam, overall really pleased.

We first used our new K410 48L Mini Oven with 2 Ceramic Hobs on Christmas Day, 2025. Everything cooked perfectly, but unfortunately the fan stopped working. Whilst there’s never a good time for your oven to stop working, during the holidays is very inconvenient, coupled with a period of reduced customer support. This fact notwithstanding, Emily and Sam reached out in the most timely manner to arrange the immediate collection of faulty oven (no questions asked) and dispatch its replacement. Despite getting off to a bad start, our new oven looks and feels like a premium product and is an absolute joy to use, with results to match. Together with the excellent, kind assistance of Emily and Sam at customer service, we highly recommend both product and company. Cooks Professional can rely upon our brand loyalty in the future.

My item required by law proof of age I offered to show my passport but the courier wanted the last four numbers of it to take. I wasn't happy that it was to do with my age as I am 70 years old you can see I'm over 18 I am now struggling to get my money back.I paid for an item and it was not delivered I should have an automatic refund. I am distressed and very unhappy.Happy New Year Please 😭

I bought this on eBay. It was brand new. I'm so glad I didn't pay the normal price. This machine is rubbish . The pressure gauge is for decoration only. Loading the coffee requires holding the entire machine against your body to load. Basically don't bother

Ordered their soft serve ice-cream machine, excellent product, I've been making ice-cream every weekend and it is delicious. The machine takes a lot of getting use to and getting the perfect ice-cream takes practice. It is however very easy to use and washing parts isn't bad.

I also ordered the jersey dairy mix with the machine, 12 boxes, one was damaged in transit and didn't realise until it started stinking that it had small leak in bottom. Contacted customer service on 16 August, Emily got one sent out immediately. Outstanding service and polite email.

I reserved until now to leave feedback to check machine quality. Unfortunately I have deleted Feefo from my email and do not have an account with them, so cannot leave review on website.

I will be back for more ice-cream mix, once we've eaten it all and wouldn't hesitate to buy other electricals from them. My only disappointment is that they don't stock the Jersey Gold dairy mix which I feel is creamier than the regular one they are selling. I'll will not be buying mix until 2027, as I purchased so much at the end of the this summer season.

Ordered set of six mugs on 18 November and they arrived promptly on 20th but the first mug I tried leaked over worktop because of a crack. Emailed with picture of cracked mug to enquire about a replacement or return and was assured that a replacement mug would be sent. Sent another email on 1st December as I had not received the replacement. Got an email back (promptly again) saying there had been a problem in the despatch and the mug would be sent within a day. Nothing had arrived by 9th December so sent another email and got a response the next day to say the set of mugs were now out of stock. However the exact same mug was available online in a set of four. So emailed again and was told that if they couldnt find a single mug they send the pack of four. Now today (19th Dec) nothing has arrived and I've given up hope. Unlikely to use this company again!

UPDATE: 24/12 replacement mugs have now arrived (after yet another email)! A long haul but finally the problem has been solved. PHEW!!

I contacted customer service at Cooks professional as my delivery was late. I spoke to a nice lady called Sam who explained that Amazon hadn't collected some of their parcels. She was very helpful and apologetic although I couldn't help but feel the courier was at fault and had let the supplier and me down. It was refreshing to speak to a real person for a change instead of a computer robot!

The customer care team were very helpful in giving me the information I needed to return an item. Having made an error in my order, they helped to rectify it.

Ordered a replacement ceramic pot, which arrived promptly but broken. The box was roughly handled by the courier and didn't even feature a FRAGILE label. No reply to several emails to the company, neither the generic address, nor from the address on the invoice.
Return completely pointless, but seems the only option. I give 2 stars because their website works but shipping and comms are poor.

Purchased the crepe maker, it’s amazing, heats really quickly. Cooks evenly and super quick, we use it for any pancakes, including thick American ones.
Definitely recommend and customer services excellent.

I felt i needed to do a review for this company as, from start to finish their customer service was excellent...I made a purchase 2yrs ago, the item was just out of warranty. But they were quick to offer a solution/ replacement. Definitely will use this company again, such a refreshing experience. A++++

I first reviewed the Cooks Professional Rotisserie Air Fryer after being disappointed with the replacement unit I purchased in April 2024. My original model from 2019 had served me perfectly for five years, but the newer one was clearly of lower quality — the Teflon coating blistered, the container cracked within a year, and the halogen lamp failed after about 14 months. My initial attempts to get a resolution were unsuccessful, and I was understandably frustrated.

However, after my Trustpilot review, Cooks Professional reached out to me directly. They reassessed my case and provided a replacement unit, which I really appreciate. The new model they’ve sent is one of their latest digital versions, and I’ve been assured that it’s of improved quality and durability compared to the one that failed.

It’s reassuring to see a company take feedback seriously and make things right. While my second experience was disappointing, Cooks Professional ultimately demonstrated good customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Verdict: The initial product quality was below expectations, but Cooks Professional redeemed themselves through prompt and fair aftercare. The new digital model looks promising, and I’m hopeful it will live up to the high standard of my original air fryer.

Needed a spare part for a stick blender in warranty. From first contact with customer service my experience was outstanding. Raveena and Jamie replied to my email enquiry within minutes. They tried sourcing the replacement section needed but unfortunately it wasn't available so a complete new Blender was immediately sent out. I cannot praise them enough, their communication was fantastic and the customer service they delivered was the best I've ever experienced. Well done both.

I bought a Cooks Professional Mini Oven which had some issues after a short time, but the company handled the situation very well. They were polite, helpful, and provided a full refund. I really appreciate their professional customer service and how they resolved the problem quickly.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my Cooks Professional Ice Cream Machine! It’s so easy to use and produces smooth, creamy ice cream every time. The instructions were clear, and within minutes I was making delicious homemade desserts that taste even better than shop-bought ones. It’s become a real hit with family and friends!
What really impressed me, though, was the outstanding customer service. The team was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when I had a small question about the setup. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, but Cooks Professional really does.
I couldn’t recommend them enough — amazing product, great value for money, and customer service that goes above and beyond. Five stars all the way! 🍦✨

I can’t speak highly enough of Cooks Professional! Their products are absolutely fantastic — I’ve been especially impressed with their air fryer and pizza maker, both of which have made cooking so much quicker, easier, and genuinely enjoyable. The results are always delicious and perfectly cooked every time!

I ordered an espresso machine and a milk jug. It was for next day delivery. They apologised and said Amazon had forgot the pallets, which turned out to be correct as Amazon emailed saying the same. However, I then received the items minus the coffee maker and just got the jug. Far from happy. Seems like a sketchy company to me and I wouldn't bother ordering from them again.

I purchased my Cook Professional mixer around 13 years ago and unfortunately my whisk has just snapped. I contacted Cooks Professional and Raveena from customer care answered my query immediately. Although parts are no longer available, she came back to me by return to let me know the situation.
