Added on hidden charges of 5%
Added on hidden charges of 5% , only seen when I checked my back statement the next day. Link to track package has a capita checker which doesn't work as the picture doesnt have a match in the option so have no clue on where my package is.

Regarding the 5% extra fee you mentioned, this is charged by the bank and is not related to us. We also need to pay transaction fees.
When you inquired, the package had just started its journey, so you couldn't find the tracking information. The final tracking number is now available and will be sent to you via email shortly.
Please note that packages wait at the airport for flight arrangements until they reach their destination country, so it's normal for there to be no tracking updates for a while. Please don't worry.

Your package was shipped from our warehouse on October 25th, and we sent you an email with the tracking number at the same time. The actual transit time was 9 days.
There were no tracking updates while the package was waiting for its flight and in transit. You can now click the tracking link in the email; it shows an estimated delivery date of November 7th.

Erste Bestellung gemacht, nach 3 Monaten Wartezeit, habe ich endlich die Kontaktdaten vom Importeur erhalten um abzuklären wo die Lieferung ist. Ich musste selbst nachforschen was geschehen ist, keine Unterstützung durch Verkäufer. Jetzt mach knapp 4 Monaten wurde die Lieferung nochmal versendet, mach langem hin und her schreiben mit dem Lieferanten. Ich bekam keinen Preisnachlas oder sonst ein entgegenkommen, ich hätte die Trikots dringend vor 2 Monaten gebraucht. Es gibt also sicher bessere Lieferanten.

Due to international shipments, overseas post offices can be slow to respond or even non-responsive, making it difficult to track the status of your package (especially when the shipping tracking indicates it's signed for). The package's loss was an unexpected event, resulting in losses for both parties. We have not received any compensation for the lost package. We have already resent your package, which is our best option.
