Achtung: Bitte lest euch die Shopseite von coolstuff gut durch bevor ihr bestellt oder verschenkt.

Wir haben das Produkt: DIY Hand Casting Spralla (3dHandabdruck) geschenkt bekommen und es war eine Katastrophe.

Die Anleitung enthält falsche Literangabe, des Wassers. Dadurch hatten wir eine falsche Angabe der Mischverhältnisse.

Erst war die Modelliermasse nicht flüssig genug und der Gips war viel zu flüssig.

Wir hofften trotzdem, dass es noch über Nacht fest wird.

Am nächsten Morgen dann die Überraschung. Der Eimer war undicht und die Gipswassermasse auf dem ganzen Boden ausgelaufen.
Ich war richtig wütend.

Dieses Produkt empfehle ich nicht weiter.

Da es ein Geschenk war, musste ich erst mal den Anbieter ausfindig machen. Auf dem Lieferkarton fand ich die Adresse. Auf der Internetseite nur sehr klein, dann der Hinweis, dass sich in der Verpackung die falsche Anleitung befindet und online man sich die richtige herunterladen kann.

Leider zu spät. Sehr witzig dieser Hinweis, wenn es ein Geschenk war und dazu noch so klein geschrieben, dass man es leicht überlesen kann.

Überhaupt nicht Kundenfreundlich und Reklamationen erweisen Dich als schwierig. Rezensionen zu diesem Produkt gibt es keine einzige. Sehr auffällig.
Finger weg von diesem Anbieter.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a desk cooler fan from this company and found the USB charger had exactly the same size connection at each end, which made no sense. Both ends fit the product, but no USB end. I sent three or four emails and tried to call them, but the number wasnt recognised. Literally got nothing back. Not a confirmation email. Nothing. I am furious that a company, which looks so genuine, can be such a cheap rip off.... shame on you that run it. The problem really IS yours. At least I have my integrity.

1 star because there is no option for-10. Do not order anything from here. If you do order here, be prepared to file a fraud claim with you bank as thats the only way you will receive a refund on a fake ass Chinese product.

I ordered a Trippie red hoodie I believe to be real , and as I was waiting on the long ass shipping Period I came and read these reviews praying it wouldn’t be fake , bruh literally the hoodie is completely fake but I payed full price for it , f*** Coolstuff Ngl

I had ordered a cup that said heat activated. It didn’t activate and I suspect it’s a fake!!! At least the product came to you but regardless of what the name said, you will not get what you order, trust me. Or you’ll get something similar but it’s probably fake and not the real deal. They just want you to spend money, so will write whatever the product’s real name but send you a fake one. I’m disappointed and I suggest NEVER buying from them or else’s you’ll regret it big time :(

Do not buy from this company- sends the item 30 days after so you can’t get a full return and believe me you’re going to want a full refund

Attention, ils ne l'indiquent nul part mais leurs produits viennent de Chine, donc délais de livraison trop trop long. A avoir sû je n'aurai pas commandé... ça fait plus d'1 mois que j'attends ma commande, elle est toujours en transit et aucune politique de remboursement ou autre service à la clientèle d'indiqué... ils ne répondent pas aux messages, aux questions... aucun respect. A éviter !!!

Order what I thought was a authentic danny duncan hoodie for my son, turns out I could have made this item at home with my own heat press. Very poor quality I must say and the hoodie was purchased at walmart looks like and heat pressed on. I paid the same price as if it was real. I asked for a refund but no reply to my email. Save ur time and order from another website.

I've ordered a lot from coolstuff, and I must warn you DO NOT BUY NM, over half of the many many NM cards I've gotten from them have been in very played condition. They will conpeletly scam you for your money.

They stole my credit card details and started buying Apple vouchers. This was confirmed by my Banks fraud department after they locked my account for curious spending practices. Luckily for me they Bank was quick off the mark, but they still managed to buy over $1000 of apple vouchers.

No idea what others are talking about, but the cards I ordered (Pokémon) were all in NM to M. Shipped rather quickly to me too!

I agree with most of the reviews that I have read. I'm not sure why Amazon let's them sell on their website. I have never had a bad experience with Amazon but they might want to distance themselves with an outside seller that just seems to keep pissing people off. It reflects badly.

Ordered a nm card, received a good

Got my product at a decent price and in good time but had a couple issues with it. The only way they show to contact them on their website is through a message board. I have done so several times with zero responses. I will never use them again

Ich hatte beim Kundenservice angerufen, da es bei meinen bestellten Produkten zu einer Verwechslung kam und ein Produkt vertauscht wurde. Ich durfte das falsche Produkt sogar behalten und mir wurde das eigentlich bestellte sofort zugeschickt. Für mich keine Selbstverständlichkeit und klare 5 Sterne für diesen Kundenservice. Werde dort öfter einkaufen. Klare 5 Sterne von mir!

Sehr schnelle Lieferung - Sonntag bestellt, Montag versandt, innerhalb von 22 Stunden erledigt 👍🏼 wurde alles mit Sorgfalt eingepackt und ging reibungslos!
