Just these guys supply and install a new heat pump to my hot tub. The two engineers (Matt 1 and Matt 2) made a nice neat job of the installation and fully explained everything I needed to know. Also excellent communication via email and they kept me updated on my order. Thanks Tim and your team

Responsive and easy to deal with. We purchased our hottub through Cornish Hot tubs 2 years ago and have recently upgraded the insulation and added an air source heat pump, which was fitted neatly and at a convenient time for us.

We acquired the spa as part of a property purchase, and alongside a thorough clean and service was given a full walkthrough of its operation and maintenance requirements.
Although a replacement part was needed, this was sourced and fitted the following day.
We will be using Cornish Hot Tubs for maintenance in the future.

Quick response to initial contact, problem identified and appointment easy to get to suit me. On the day job was completed professionally and promptly and at a reasonable cost. Very friendly and helpful engineer.

I gave Cornish Hot Tubs a call because our tub in our holiday let had broken down. New guests arriving the next day too. Tim visited us personally the next day to carry out a repair on our hot tub. What a star! Tim and his team are the experts - huge amount of knowledge, and what a service. 5 stars well deserved.

Absolutely brilliant service.
Hot tub delivered on time and in position with no fuss in about an hour.
Clear advice given on set up and use, so we were filled and fired up before tea. Took less time to heat up than suggested so that we were in and steaming in no time. And the hydrotherapy jets are excellent.
The finish and the ergonomics of the tub are superb and the led lights, jets etc worked perfectly. A fabulous addition to the garden and so easy to use.

Our 3rd Service, by Simon this time, he checked our RCD for a suspected fault, but it was ok. He then serviced our Pendeen HT,
throughly, inside & out. Simon was very professional having been with CHT, only a short time. I’d be happy to have Simon everytime😂…. Well done Tim & Team
