From our first visit to the showroom where we spoke to Tim to the final install of our new Hot Tub at our Holiday Home the whole experience was 1st Class. Tim took a significant amount of time with us to ensure we were buying the right tub for us. Once the purchase was complete the tub was delivered and installed in the timelines agreed. Matt and his team of engineers were excellent and once the tub was installed everything was explained about use of chemicals and the remote management system that we had purchased. We are now enjoying our luxury tub🙂 Thanks to all at CornishHotTubs👍🏽

Hot tub Tim is really knowledgeable and patient, ensuring we got the right tub for us. Access for the installation was challenging and Tim helped arrive at the best, most cost effective option. Matt and Matt who did the installation were brilliant too. A pleasure to deal with!

Easily ordered on line although the courier was a bit hit and miss. Neatly packaged.
One of the items I ordered was out of stock so a suitable substitute and a free sample was sent. I am going to have to build a cabinet to keep all the chemicals and accessories in

Cornish Hot Tubs are always brilliant to do business with. Simple as that!

A problem only became apparent with our hot tub outside of the warranty period. After hard negotiations with Tim Roberts a compromise was reached. In the end Tim fitted the whole item which had failed. Top bloke! Top company to deal with.
