Horrible company I bought 5 Diamond art desktop pictures. Only one of them would hold the dots. Got a replacement for 1 of them & it was no good either.
When I asked about returning it they said I would have to pay shipping which would probably be more than the picture is worth.
I have exchange about 20 emails with them to no avail to offer any help. In a rating of 0-5 I give them a 0000

I ordered Diamond paintings it says they were delivered but I have yet to see them I'm kind of disappointed and I can't figure out how to get a hold of the company to see what went wrong not a happy camper

Great email contact one of the items I ordered are out of stock. They have kept me fully informed of the status of my item & order. Very happy with the contact & professional service. Thank you & well done.

I advised the company they shorted the kit in a particular color and they never sent the additional packets, therefore, I cannot complete my picture. I will never order from this place again!

After issue with original order which was never received, seller made good by reshipping a replacement which was received in a short time.

I have purchased from Cosmalory a few times now and their diamond painting kits are so nice and they have a huge range. Always delivered quickly and customer service is excellent. I will be purchasing more kits in the future.

I’ve placed an order on 3-15-2024 and still waiting for shipment. Like the other website ships partial orders while they wait for the others to come in stock. I won’t be ordering again from here.

After I selected my kits totaling over $100.00 (qualified for free shipping), I received an email from the company with a link to 'pay a shipping fee'. I do not want to pay the extra fee so requested a refund. After 3 attempts to communicate with the company and get my refund, the company is silent and unresponsive. Terrible service and shady to request a shipping fee after an order is processed and paid for.

I found on Facebook I have bought several and absolutely love each one I just finished the white. Owl. For a Christmas present this year I have also bought 2 storage boxes. Tomorrow I will buy more things. I recommend. To buy from them

I placed an order on 10/08/2023, received it on 11/3/2023, the package looked like it was run over by a truck, the canvas material was wrinkled and very faded, and looked dirty, there is no way i can possibly use this, I am so disappointed and upset, will not be ordering again from this company! I want a refund!!

I did extensive searching for somewhere to buy diamond painting kits from and found this one. I ordered 3 times so far and never had any issues with this company. They were prompt on responding to my email and friendly. Shipping does take a long time but understand it is coming from China so it has to clear customs. I have no complaints so far.

This is my first and last order with them. They sent me a completely different order from mine. Emailed them and they asked if I wanted to keep the wrong items or resend me the right order. I told them I wanted my order and not what I received. Now they will not email me back. It has been 3 weeks and still no answer. I will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

I am waiting on a response from the email I sent them about replacing the broken items that I received. It has been 5 days, and nothing!!!

Still waiting!!! They have said via a message on Facebook that they have emailed me. I have received nothing from them!! Not even in my junk email!

Edit-October 13, 2023-I received my replacements in the mail today. They were packaged a little better than before, but unfortunately, one of them was broken again!!! I emailed them to let them know, since they are obviously receiving emails from me, but I am not receiving any from them, that they say they are sending. I told them that I was not going to ask for another replacement, and that I was done with them!! So sad, I really liked the merchandise. My rating will stay at 3 stars!

Great products at low prices. The diamond paintings are beautiful and worth the wait.
