I am tired from the cosmotown these guyz are doing there best to destroy there customers business, at first there module didnt renewed the domain, which they accepted there mistake and after alot of hours they restore my domain and today again the domain is down, please stay away from this company i am going to post this on all forms and i will take action against them.

Legit Website!!!
Cosmotown is a legit company, with real people, offering highly competitive discounts for domain name registration, transfers and associated services. Their support group may need to improve in service delivery. They did help me resolve my issues after some delays.

The worst service provide, the liars and the cheaters
The worst service provide, i register a .biz domain and transferred around USD 16 but the domain never registered, i tried to contact them several times then they replied that was a premium domain and we can't register premium domains, ok, i asked to return my amount or at least add in my account so i can use it to buy another domains but its been three weeks they didn't bother to reply me. My order number is 2155871 and i transfer amount through my debit card, now they are replying with fake order number and Paypal transaction, the interesting part is that i am from Pakistan and Paypal is not present in Pakistan so i can't use Paypal to send / receive money to anywhere...

I believe Trustpilot should offer the option to provide negative ratings, as Cosmotown truly deserves one. I have been a customer of Cosmotown for over a year, and throughout this time, they have consistently failed to resolve my issues. Despite waiting for over three months, they have not responded to my emails or support tickets. This level of service is unacceptable.

Best renewal fee ever!
Hey, I'm a new customer. I transferred my domain from my old Vietnam provider to Cosmotown because their renewal fee is very cheap. I will transfer many of my remaining domains to Cosmotown soon.

I was using this website from couple of months it was working really good but suddenly from this month after Sep 15 Websites behaving weirdly and today when i tried to login i found dashboard is not working and all links to there domain redirecting to homepage and nothing working.
