This company is terrible. They are incredibly unprofessional and very insulting. They cancelled my order with no warning and then attempted to berate me for not seeing an UNsent e-mail.

I had purchased a wig from this site. It wasn't long after I realized it wasn't the wig style I had wanted. I read up on the return policy, and saw that within 24 hours of purchase you could request to cancel the order without having to pay a restocking fee. In that 24 hour time frame, I went into my account, and attempted to cancel the order. There was no option allowing me to do so. I went to customer support and told the company I didn't want the purchase. The customer support was of no help. They instead asked when I needed the wig. I told them again I didn't want the wig. They have continued to ignore me and have since shipped the wig. My best word of advice is be careful with what you order. A minor screw up on your part and this company won't do anything to help fix it.
