Its a scam. I ordered a pair of pants that ended up being to small. Sent them back and they confirmed they received the pants but I have been waiting for a refund for 6 weeks. Multiple emails stating they will process the refund immediately, but they never do. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Please don't order from this company.

I was surprised and pleased for CO36 customer service
They were back ordered on the mock neck t-shirt I ordered. When I asked where my shirt was, they came back with “sorry it’s on back order”. The shirt came a number of days later with a thoughtful note: “we appreciate you. We hold ourselves to a high standard and we missed it this time. We’re already working to make it better. In the meantime, here’s a small token of appreciation.” They included a credit for future
purchases.

I should have read the reviews before placing my order. The product sucks, ridiculously long especially because most of us don't tuck tee shirts in. The fit was awful as well. I have sent three emails, no response. The company is a fraud and should not be allowed to advertise or accept payment. I will contact my CC company to stop payment

I bought a T shirt from them. Wrong size. Waited 6 weeks for a new size. Never got it. Asked for a refund. Waited 8 weeks. 4 emails. They never refunded me. I had to get my credit card involved. They just stole my money.

Ordered 6 shirts late December. 3 arrived after a delay, I have emailed them 15 times about the other 3. Customer service is an AI bot that always promises to look into it and get back to me promptly, never does. Dispute your purchase on your credit card, your credit card company will refund everything.

Be AWARE of this so called company!! They are a fraud!! Do not purchase anything from them, you will never receive any merchandise!! They are a bunch of liars!! No customer service number!! They stop responding to my emails after several attempts to refund my money!! Placed order Dec26 2025!! Still no shirts!! Warn everyone you can!! Supposedly they are out of NJ and will be calling fraud officials there as well!!!

UPDATE: AFTER 3 MONTHS of WAITING and UN-ANSWERED EMAILS I Finally receive the teshirts! Will never use this company again!!

Ordered my shirts in Jan. Now Feb. never received them. No feed back, no shipment verification. Total scam. Stay away.

I ordered 2 shirt packages on 11-29-25 - 4 long sleeved tees and 3 short sleeve tees. I was informed of a 10-14 day delay on 12-07-25. I finally received 3 of the 4 long sleeved tees a month later on 1-08-26. Today is 2-03-26 and still no shirts - never any follow-up. Any response is all AI not a real person. Frustrating part is they are still selling the same shirts I ordered. UGH!

I have returned 6 shirts back to CO Thirty Six on January 17th, 2026 way before 30days and the tracking number shows they received it on Jan 20th 2026. And to this date January 28th 2026 they have Not responded about my refund to my credit card. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Financial Bureau. No consumer should be cheated of their refund when items were returned in time and there is proof of return.

Ordered six shirts only to find out they shrink up to nothing. Lost 4 inches in length unwearable they wouldn’t take them back. They don’t stand behind their product.

Avoid. They are indeed a scam company. Product fell apart after 3 weeks. Despite my showing them proof in pictures, they refused to send a replacement. IInstead they kept promising discount coupons that were insufficient to cover the cost of a replacement. The customer service "rep" (seemed to be a bot really) kept pretending to not know that purchases incur tax and that the "coupon" for a replacement should cover the tax too. They could have just sent a replacement if they were a legit company......

Update April 2026: Eventually they sent a replacement. It was of equally low quality with stitching that had already come undone upon arrival.

I ordered shirts in early December 2025, with a delivery date of 5-7 business days. By late December, still no shirts received. Asked for a refund in late December and it is now the 2nd week of January 2026 and still have not received a refund, despite promises via email that it is being processed.

Never did receive merchandise or refund. Lied to regarding everything. Scumbags.

Do not buy from this company. They mess up orders frequently and their customer service is an AI bot that is not programmed to resolve problems, but only to apologize. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 months and customer service tells me “we are processing your refund now” which obviously never happens.

I placed my order with cothirtysix and waited a month for my order to ship. I contacted their customer service and received a reply quickly. They were extremely apologetic but never provided me with any update on my order, no reason for the long delay and never truly answered any of my questions. I asked them for a full refund which never happened until I got my bank involved. If I were you, I’d avoid this company at all costs.
