I Never get my order. I tried mails , I don't get any contact. Don't order here

They have a Del Día Limited Color pack with sort of "surprise me" color mix, and it turns out super ugly. Return policy is a joke. I lost shipping fee both ways, I will never order from here again.

Cotopaxi really stands behind their products! My husband ripped his 2-year old jacket that we bought on their web site. When I contacted them about having it repaired they saw that the jacket had some manufacturer defects and replaced it with a brand new jacket. Will forever be a Cotopaxi customer!

BEWARE!!! The company does not stand by its product. Even when it is NWT and defective or damaged after being worn. Management will not exchange or repair unless purchased directly from Cotopaxi. Guarantee is misleading as you must have receipt so they are not like Patagonia where worn wear with or without receipt issues are properly resolved. Do not buy!!!!!

I wrote an incredible review of the coat I purchased that mentioned all the great things about the coat, going into detailed specifics. Then I realized I wrote the review in the wrong coat (I had bought two of them). So I quickly looked up their customer service number to ask them how I could change it… I thought it would be important, but they don’t have a phone number for customer service. I’m sick of dealing with companies that insist on the customer sending an email, looking up the order number, giving all these details because they are too cheap to hire customer service. I love the coat, but the price point deserves better customer relations. I went from being in love with the company, to being a very frustrated, bitter customer. The coat is actually really great, so… there’s that! I suggest buying one, AFTER they have legitimate customer service.

if I knew that, I would never buy anything from Cotopaxi. On June 18, I placed an order for a kidney bag, I waited more than a month and finally found out that my order was received in a different country (Greece) than the delivery address (Czech Republic). I contacted customer service to have them check it out and find out that there really was an error in logistics. They offered to send me the product again or give me a refund. I tried to send the product again, but after several excuses why the import was delayed, I decided to refund and since they told me that I will have the money in my account in 4-7 days, they successfully ignore me and do not reply to messages for 20 days .

worst customer service ever. They don´t reply and when they do they promise partial refund and and delivering your purchase again...all lies...I´ve been fighting them for 2 month...last 4 contacts they said they would refund me in 4-7 days...And here I am, leaving bad reviews everywhere to get my money back.

Exchanged backpack arrived today Friday 18th August 2023. I went to Cotopaxi PORTAL to start return entered order number and postcode as required and it says ALREADY RETURNED!!

Sent SCREENSHOT to cotopaxi who only operate Monday to Friday

I returned for exchange same item hoping for brighter colours and l do not like exchanged bag dull algae green black and Emily at Cotopaxi said return it but in return portal it saying "already returned"

Can someone help l want to send back and get my refund asap. Waited weeks months for new stock and your website has just chat but its not chat its email report that gets replied to when you feel like it

I would never order from cotopaxi again ever. The websites shows beautiful colours what they send is abysmal drab depressing patchwork leftover fabrics. forget about adding note as they try to help l sent note requesting various bright colours yellow purple blue lime green turquoise etc l got algae green like bacteria infected phlegm black and a blue so sad darker petrol blue absolutely vile. You cannot pop to post it back you have to use their return portal and they charge restocking fee and return postage
I thought helping a charity NEVER AGAIN and 20l backpack??? Just no no no size ok for day out not a vacation carry on
You get email reply if lucky, its like they don't care!

I spent £80 on rubbish bag postage 4.99 return postage for 4.99 and they will refund l worked out if lucky £77 GBP

I also saw that any returns CUSTOMER has to print label no QR CODE. What company has you print label pay for return and charges restocking fee?

Avoid at all cost. This company is a scam. I spent 238 GBP as a first time buyer online. Little did I know this company sells you bad quality products and you are not allowed to return any of their products back if you are not happy with it. Wore it once and that’s it. Don’t look at their colourfull glossy pictures on their website. The products is nothing like that. They want our money guys without any responsibilities.These are the scammers who work on UK soil and make money from us. Their goods are produced in India and Bangladesh. They pay pennies to make these bad quality clothes for the UK market. I had no idea. I sent 3 items back, the windbreaker is terrible, my husband and I wore it once and it’s unbreathable. You simply cannot breathe in this plastic. After 5 minutes walking in this windbreaker your body was dripping in sweat. I have never owned a horrible item like this before. My husband agreed. He said what did you buy? He wore it once and we could not use it again. Seriously, avoid at all cost if you care about your health. “Do Good Hoody” which I washed once and it’s fell apart. The end strings from the hoody became damaged and will not get back to their original form. Which looks stupid on you when you wear it. Cheap fabric and badly made, worthless. Amado Fleece is thin not worth £70, bad quality as the rest. Never worn. I sent it back. Cotopaxi Emily who is replying to customers emails told me that they have rights to keep my money! And if you are as a paying customer not happy with the quality of their products - They have rights to keep your money as per company policy and you are as a customer have No rights. These are the Scammers on the UK soil who are operating as a UK “legitimate” registered company. But in fact they are undercover scammers. Manufacturing in India for £0.50 and sold in the UK for £70+. Please avoid at all cost. They kept my money by the way it’s 155.5 GPB.

Ordered a bag after weeks of reading reviews etc directly from cotopaxi's uk retailer.

Order shipped out the following day. Royal mail however, lost the package but cotopaxi offered to refund/replace the order without any issues.

If it hadn't been for royal mail it would be a 5star review. I managed to source a bag elsewhere thankfully as cotopaxi only have the option of royal mail for delivery and I did not want to risk not having the bag for my trip.

Been using the bag for well over a year now and I have to say, the build quality is great. It's been used and abused for countless work and personal trips and I can't fault it. Hopefully they no longer use the royal mail for deliveries though.

First off, I love Cotopaxi’s products and what they stand for. My disappointment was with their communication and delivery. I ordered a bunch of packing cubes for travelling and paid $30 for overnight shipping as I was due to leave in a week and wanted to make sure they arrived in time. Almost a week went by and I heard nothing. When it became clear they wouldn’t arrive in time I wrote to cancel my order. Strangely I almost immediately got a dispatch notice. My package arrived the next day but not before my flight. What is the point of offering overnight shipping if packages are only dispatched at random? I do most of my shopping online and most stores say how long it takes them to dispatch (usually same or next working day). I feel like I’ve been robbed. I’ve ordered items from Cotopaxi in the UK and in Europe and overnight has meant overnight (for a fraction of the cost) so this is just a US issue. I’m so frustrated by the lack of communication and complete waste of money. Would not recommend buying from the US site. Go to REI instead.

Cotopaxi is an amazing, socially conscious outdoor brand. While some of their products are pricey, its usually because its high quality, long lasting, and a lot of thought went into the design.

A lot of their products are made from repurposed nylon or other materials which other companies scrap materials that would otherwise go in a landfill. They have great sales so you can always wait for one of them to come around and then snag what you want!

They donate 1% of their profits to charity, and they will help repair any of your items if they wear or tear. How awesome is that?

They are a socially aware brand that makes really colorful, fun but also PRACTICAL and high quality active wear, backpacks and more.

I have a windbreaker, warm pacaya jacket, two pairs of their joggers, and another order on the way with more goodies. So yes, I am a HUGE fan-hence why I added them to Trustpilot :) They derserve to be on here, they are a fantastic brand.
