Hi, I shop at the Bath store but find that they don't always have the new stock or it can take some time before they do, which is disappointing. The item this happened with was a throw

PLEASE STOP USING BJS as part of your “delivery service” they are always rude arrogant and unhelpful and have put me off ordering from you !

Ordered through Cotswold Company shop. Great service. Arranged delivery date to a quite difficult location. On the day arrived within the time slot advised. Courier was polite , efficient and item of 20+ kgs delivered in good condition. Packaging was great. Item was as good as expected.

Sales assistant Lily was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly helpful staff, very nice to my dog 😀

We had a lady called Christina who was so helpful & talked us through the whole process, can’t recommend her highly enough.

We found the retail staff in the Bath store extremely helpful in making the final choice. Whilst the Brookthorpe lounge set (in teak) was delivered without damage, we were left to unpack the settee before we had the chance to fully inspect all items of furniture. In addition, the delivery personnel disappeared without telling us they were going. We were also left to dispose of some of the packing materials despite your delivery service indicating that all such materials would be taken away. We would highly recommend applying a couple of coats of linseed oil to all items of furniture and using fine wire-wool to polish between each coat. This certainly enhanced the appearance of the product.

Delivery team ( Mavino and Stuart) went above and beyond with the tricky delivery to our townhouse - a perfect team.

We knew what we were looking for having researched online and although the store in Bath didn’t have the particular furniture we wanted we were able to see the range and colour we wanted. Christina was very helpful, taking time to show us items similar to the ones we were looking for. As some of the items were in the Sale she sent us a quote based on the Sale price which would be held for 5 days. We found the 8 drawer chest was included the next day when we looked online, this was included in our order when we informed Christina.

Great classic styles, well made furniture, and today a perfect, friendly, respectful and on time delivery from Anthony R and Matt D.

From order to delivery was excellent.
We cancelled a couple of items as we changed our minds and it was not a problem.
Lily in the Bath store was very good at dealing with this.
Charlie and Kyle J delivered and installed 1 double and 1 triple wardrobe and 2 bedsides, they were excellent, tidy, and courteous.

Staff in the Bath store were extremely helpful in the selection and order process.
The delivery drivers Earle and Mark were great too. They unpacked the items and took away all the packaging. I really appreciated the fact that they spotted that their van was low and would damage my driveway so parked on the road.
One item was damaged and currently going through the exchange process which seems straightforward.

The staff in store were extremely helpful. Delivery was quick and a date of my choice. Ian and Maviovo brought my console table and laundry basket yesterday they opened all the parcels for me so I could check it over and took the packaging away, excellent service all round, beautiful items.

We tried valiantly to order our third piece of furniture by contacting the company direct (no faux gushing thank you please) - absurd and confusing communications from Lauren and when we asked to speak to a different agent they refused! and we got reminder after reminder from her/they. We went to store instead an the Bath team were friendly and helpful (No faux/ gushing thank you's and how happy you are the team were so helpful please!) - the item will be delivered shortly for 40 quid.

I am not looking forward to Cotswold's sticking to their strict terms and calling me at 6 AM to tell me I'm the first drop off!

We are happy with the furniture (no faux gushing thanks required) but this purchase has been excruciatingly difficult and when we asked to be transferred to a n other agent - they refused! what a way to do business on line - I recommend any one go to a store and support the high street - the on-line sales are truly hopeless.

NB reply from an 'Executive Complaints Advisor' Wow. So this is my order number as you requested 6754794 6778059 - Lauren offered and then withdrew an offer of saving but we went to a shop and it was cheaper there anyway. I've had enough.

Notified of delivery via text - guys Earle and Mark arrived as advised. Very efficient and very tidy - very friendly guys and did a great job! Unit looks great in the kitchen- very happy.

High quality items of furniture and great customer service. Really pleased with Winchcombe bedroom furniture and Chester office furniture. Really solid, well crafted pieces.

Guys were very polite and carried the furniture to where it was required, thank you.
